R/R: Keeping pretty busy this week, working on decorations and planning cake design for a family party in a week and a half (not going into more detail as it's *TW* related to someone else's pregnancy *end TW*).
We're in that annoying place right now where it's too early in my cycle even for OPKs so it feels like sitting and waiting for nothing to happen lol.
CS/Q: my temps are so wonky from oversleeping on and off recently.

WAYDTGKU: don’t know yet
R/R: still haven’t gotten a call back from my doctor’s office which is frustrating. I’ve called and left a couple messages. I did have the plumber out to my house yesterday and the gas valve on it is shot, which is why we don’t have hot water. The tank is 8 years old so we’re just going to replace it completely. Not looking forward to that cost but we’ll have it installed Friday morning so that’s a big plus. I miss hot showers!
CS/Q:
@fantasyflyte ugh that in-between waiting before OPKs is almost as bad as the TWW sometimes 😂
@gingermama29 oh man, no hot water?? At least it's the summer and it's not coming in freezing cold, right? We can't even get cold water down here in the peak of summer. Still, what a huge hassle and I'm sure expense. 8 years doesn't seem too old...now I'm worried about our 6 yr old tank!

R/R: I'll keep it as semi-positive today...I may not be gaining strength like I hoped, but at least I'm not losing it too quickly, given my sporadic workouts the last month or so. Could be better, but could be worse!
CS/Q: nope
@gingermama29 Plumbing is the absolute worst. Hope you get your hot showers back soon!
@pajamstagrams I hear you on work out struggles. Between classes, a really ridiculous chest strain, and vacation I have gotten way off track.

R/R: I’m more sad today than I was yesterday. I had dinner with a very lovely person who joined the list of people suggesting I don’t stress about TTC and just use an app to tell me when my window is. My cycles vary by two weeks! It took 30 days to get to O in my last cycle! No app in the world can predict around that. She meant well, I just felt sorry for myself afterwards.
I need to counteract this with something positive. Hmm…I got a nice morale boost from someone I respect at work. I’m going to put my hat in the ring (where on earth does that phrase come from?) for an important short term assignment and she’s going to back me up for it. Her opinion matters, so that was good to hear.
CS/Q: meh. Feels like the beginning of the cycle is its own TWW.
@pinkkillersheep ugh that advice is always so frustrating. I’m in a similar boat with unpredictable cycles (yay PCOS). Don’t beat yourself up. This whole process is such a roller coaster.
@gingermama29 yikes sorry you guys have to shell out money for a new tank. We had to replace our entire HVAC system last spring and it was crazy expensive!
@pajamstagrams working out consistently is a struggle! Any little bit you're doing is a win!
@pinkkillersheep it is so frustrating when somebody close to you makes comments like that. You know they mean well and you don't want to jump down their throat because it's someone you love, but it drives me crazy. Hugs.
