  I had to message my endocrinologist because I cannot take my thyroid pill on an empty stomach anymore. She was super helpful. PSA for anyone else on thyroid medication, there are other ways to take the pill! You don’t have to just suffer every morning.

  Honestly think the disgusting blek feeling of first trimester is worse in 95+ degree weather than the third trimester felt in similar heat. Maybe an unpopular opinion here. But I seriously can’t handle the heat these days makes me feel even worse.

  @nursejenn5 I was just saying this the other day! It was way easier to be in the third tri during that summer than the first for me. Nausea and heat do not mix well.

  @nursejenn5 totally agree I was a sunbathing happy beached whale at 40w in this heat, cannot handle it now though only amps up my nausea and headache
