  • @makingbacon oops! It always kills me that people will make comments like that at interviews!
  • @makingbacon Why on earth would someone actually say something like that in an interview?!
  • @photographerwife It took me a second to decide if that’s what she actually said. The other person interviewing her with me (not a PhD) gave me an eyebrow raise, and then we had to not look at each other to prevent laughing.

@ninrms I’m not sure why she would because she knew that across all tech teams we have 9 PhD’s and 3 Masters on staff. So I don’t know if she just assumed I was 1 of the 3 Masters or what happened. I don’t work in academia, so I just go by my first name in the office/with customers, but it was definitely a new experience. We’ll be laughing about it in the office for awhile.
  • @kaf1788 I know it isn’t really all that funny, but still. 😂 how very stereotypical of your pregnancy to make you gag at the word fish.

My WTF (and probably my husband’s too lol) even if it’s food that I was craving I still throw it up. “I’m like thank you that’s exactly what I’ve wanted all day! Now excuse me while I go be sick.” 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 Also any kind of sugar in anything instantly turns to acid in my stomach/mouth. It makes me sad.
  • @kaf1788 I laughed when I read “This baby better be super cute.” That particular food is also a current aversion of mine.
  • @kaf1788 I understand the pain except with chicken breast. errheruhgghh!
