**This is a thread that welcomes all regardless of where they are
at in their TTC journeys. Please be mindful of topics that are discussed
that could be hurtful to those going through tough times. Mention of
children or pregnancies of others should have a TW (trigger warning) and
be in a spoiler if possible, and only be mentioned if it is extremely
pertinent to the conversation. Thanks for keeping this a safe place for

Re: WTO Tuesday 7/27
As far as my husband, his morphology was 1% and total motility was 28% (24% progressive motile, 4% non-progressive motile, which I assume means just kind of breakdancing without going anywhere).
Since my stuff all looks good, and his is low but not holy-crap-bad-low, the plan is to have him start taking Vitamin C and Vitamin E daily, and for both of us to work really hard on losing weight/getting exercise/getting healthier. But we're going to continue trying because we (the doctor included) don't want to push it off given I turn 34 in a few weeks. (sidenote, I'm very glad the doctor is on the same page as us in that regard).
So we work on our health and keep trying for 3 more months, since that would put us at a year, and if we're not pregnant by then, she gave us a referral to bring to go straight to the RE's office that did the SA. She said they might have us do another SA in three months, or they might just have us go straight to IUI.

@inthewoods23 Love the idea of a recurring seafood dinner date. I'd be so sad if MH was allergic to seafood!
