Re: TWW Thursday 7.22

  • Month/Cycle: 14/1AL

    CD/DPO: 26/3

    Timing: good

    Typical LP length: 10-11

    Testing: not until next week

R/R: It's the last day of summer school! Woohoo! MH is away for a bachelor party starting tonight so I will have the house to myself for the next few days. Of course I have something scheduled for almost every day so I can't just hang and relax but hopefully I will be able to have some me time.

    CS/Q:
  • @fameonmain2 yay! You made it!!! Staying busy is good but I hope you can make some time for yourself too! Even if it’s just a bubble bath and a glass of wine before bed!

    Month/Cycle: 2/ 1AL

    CD/DPO: 18/ 3dpo

    Timing: benched

    Typical LP length: 7-9 days.

    Testing: nope.

R/R: being benched is really the worst limbo. I’ve only been tracking to see what my cycle, specifically my luteal phase, does but ugh. Just complaining. This evening there is a concert in the park near my house, and not that the band is any good but it’s something to do. So I’ll be taking a cooler of sour beers to try and throughly enjoy this limbo. Meh.

CS/Q: it just looks uglier everyday 🤣

  • Month/Cycle: 2/2

    CD/DPO:29/13

    Timing: -3,-1, 0

Typical LP length: no idea. used to be 10 but with this cycles 13 so far who knows.

Testing: I woke up saying I wasn't going to test because my temp dropped so I expected my period to come this morning-but it hasn't yet. So I tested, and got a BFN. I think I'll probably just wait for AF. I'll test on Sunday again I guess if nothing by then.

R/R: Rave-It's really pretty out today, no humidity, so a good day to be in the garden, which is what I'm planning to do today. Rant: this friggin' cycle. I guess its nice to have a longer LP but it really threw me off mentally-I really thought this was the cycle because I was reading the signs like my LP was 10. Since I only have two cycles under my belt this time and they are both going to be different, I'm not even going to know what "typical" is next time. Rawr.

    CS/Q:
  • @paytonpedro that cooler of beers at a concert sounds really fun!

@fameonmain2 yay for being done with summer school. And for having the house to yourself-that's awesome!
  • Month/Cycle: 6/5?

    CD/DPO: 27/8

    Timing: Good!

    Typical LP length: ?

Testing: I held out and didn't test this morning. It's getting harder and harder not to test. I'm sure I will sometime this weekend.

    R/R:

    CS/Q:

    @fameonmain2 Enjoy the weekend!

@paytonpedro I'm not the biggest fan of beer, but I do like a good sour, especially if it's super fruity!

@SmashJam Inconsistent cycles can really be a pain to try to figure out!

@fameonmain2  - Woop woop! Time to yourself! I hope you do lots of great self care!
@paytonpedro - Outdoor concert + sour beers? What a great combo!
@SmashJam - FX for Sunday! Not so far away!
@sammygirl18 - Way to hold out!

Month/Cycle: 1/1 (after long period to get cycle back)

    CD/DPO: 33/13

    Timing: good-ish

    Typical LP length: unknown

Testing: I used a FRER Digital and.... it was broken! Ha, you have to laugh.  That little clock just never started blinking.  I have one test left currently (a rapid result), so will try that tomorrow at 14 DPO.

R/R: I can't believe I got a broken test lol.  But if negative tomorrow, I'll probably have a glass of wine at Happy Hour with some friends tomorrow (I don't drink during my luteal phase).
  • @SmashJam yay for a good day to garden! My lp was 11 then dropped so I would much prefer it the opposite way! 13 is perfect though, maybe this will be the norm! Figuring it out is no fun though.

@sammygirl18 8dpo is really early to test so good job! But we’ve all been there. And tested. Lol. I’m not really a fan of beer either but I’m in love with sours!! We have so many local breweries with some really great ones!

@agesandstages I dropped a frer before and broke it. Ugh. Keeping my fingers crossed for you tomorrow!!

  • @agesandstages nooo a broken test! How annoying. I guess the universe was telling you not to test. FX for you tomorrow!

@paytonpedro this is true. I just didn't expect it-even when my cycles were evening out in the past after BC and were anywhere from 28-38 days in length, my LP was ALWAYS 10. Bodies are weird!
  • Updating with a CS / Q: Spoiler just in case

Do folks happen to know if FRER Digitals are more or less sensitive than the FRER with 2 lines? Of course I got 2 new tests and am getting some confusing results.

  • @agesandstages

To my knowledge, digitals are less sensitive. Saying, you should get a line on a regular test before a digital turns. Hope that helps.

  • @paytonpedro so sorry you're in limbo. At least you will be out of the TWW soon enough and then you have new, fresh cycle to get started. The concert and sour beers sound fun!

@smashjam sorry for the bfn and confusing cycles. Hopefully you get a sense of your "normal" soon.

    @sammygirl18 nice job holding out!

@agesandstages hope you get answers soon.
