what is an aggressive stim?

I had 22 follicles and dropped to 10 today on day 7 test. 
I am on 225 of Follistim and asked my doctor if we should increase? I am 40 yo.
My doctor is out of town and another doctor told my nurse I am on an aggressive protocol already and she will not increase. 
Is anyone taking above 225? Is 225 aggressive?

    I’m 31. My dr upped me from 300 gonal 75 menopur to 375 of gonal and 150 menopur at day 6. When we didn’t get the results we wanted and decided to cancel this retrieval he mentioned having me stay on that level of meds for the next round plus a higher dose of CoQ 10 support. My dr is aggressive because he knows this is my last round.

    Hi there! They started me at 225 follistim and 225 menopur then dropped menopur to 150.
    I had my retrieval today and got 10 eggs at 39 yo.
