cup or tampon for implantation bleeding

I've been having implantation bleeding (already consulted dr) and its not been worse then my lightest period day, I have been wearing pads which I hate. Anyway going to the beach for the day tomorrow. Is a menstural cup or tampon safe to use while pregnant? I really want to go and I really want to be able to swim but not if its unsafe. thanks in advance

    @kate819 I was told to avoid all swimming and baths if bleeding during pregnancy for any reason. Also, pads only. If it turns out the cervix is even a little open for any reason it could cause serious infections. I know it's annoying but it's better to be safe ❤
