Rescue ICSI - any success stories?

Hi all, I am 41 and had my egg retrieval yesterday. I got 30 eggs, 20 were mature - NONE fertilized!?!? They are going to try rescue ICSI now... has this happened to anyone? Does rescue ICSI work? Why would this happen??
