How are you feeling?: back to feeling like ish for the most part. My sleeping has been awful, and my heartburn and back pain are just horrible at nighttime. Im just so tired, cranky and emotional. Ready to dive into that 3rd trimester this Wednesday! π₯²π
Rants/Raves: Rave: weβve started getting registry gifts! Got her boppy yesterday and her play mat/gym in the mail. Both soooo stinking cute.Β
Rant: we ordered our car seat from Nuna end of may through a store by us. Still havenβt received it, or an ETA of when theyβll be restocking. I guess the whole company is on back order because of the choke up at the ports. Just seriously crossing my fingers we get it by the end of august. I want this one so badly π

Rants/Raves:
Raves: DH and I got SO MUCH done around our house this weekend. We are tyinf to get it ready to sell and its taking forever. We met with realtors last week and it helped light a fire under my H's butt to complete everything. We have so many projects that are like 95% done but still need that last few things to be fully finished.Β My parents came over to help with packing/painting/yard clean-up and are planning on coming over tomorrow (tuesday) to finish exterior painting.Β
Rant: Despite all this progress DH is still planning on going to his annual family campout this weekend. I'd really rather he skip it and work on the house instead so we can list it by July 30. He's been to 35/36 of them in his lifetime and missing it one more time will not be the end of the world. He sees his family all the time outside of this campout (including the extended family!). He has the tendency to pick "fun" over much needed work nearly everytime, which is why all these projects have taken SO LONG. We wanted to move FOUR YEARS AGO. And we're still stuck in this tiny house. It's just frustrating to be in this holding pattern and also not have the building skills and strength to complete them myself.Β
Questions:
GTKY: laundry, lunch, and no commute. I seriously LOVE the no commute life of working from home and really do not ever want to go back.Β

Questions: Nope
GTKY: Laundry, catered lunch, and wifi.
@madiirosee I had the Mandela free style with my first and I really liked it a lot. Iβm wanting a spectra this time around, though. But check with your insurance. Mine are free with a prescription and you pick from whatever website your insurance company uses.Β

How are you feeling?: Tired. Just waking up feeling groggy all the time. DH and I stayed up past 10 both nights this weekend watching movies so that might be why.
Rants/Raves: A bit of both, I'm moving offices across the plant. Rant because I don't want to movie offices so far away and because I am right outside of the lunch room for production in the new office so it's going to be loud and people are probably going to microwave smelly stuff. Rave, because it is like 100% cooler over there and despite this side of the plant also having AC I am roasting all the time.
Questions: Any STM/TTM+ use the belly bandit postpartum? I keep getting ads for it on IG and GB....thanks big brother..wondering if it is worth it helpful
GTKY: laundry, no commute andΒ comfy but cute shoes (as I walk around the plant in my memory foam walmart sneakersΒ
@madiirosee I had the Spectra S2 (which I loved, but thought that the 2 meant latest, I wish I would've gotten the S1 since it has the chargeable battery). I got a lot of Medela bottles from a cousin, it's always nice to have extra parts and pieces, so I ended up getting the converter to pump into Medela bottles as well as the Spectra bottles it came with. ETA Second @chindimples04 check with insurance, I think I only had to pay shipping for mine with a prescription from OB.
@madiirosee, I used the Spectra S2 with my DD and I was very happy with it. I liked that I could charge it so I didn't have sit near an outlet while using it.

Upcoming appointments: a week from today for my early glucose test. I had GD with my DD's pregnancy so they are testing me a few weeks early. I'm SO ANXIOUS. I really really do not wnat to have GD again π
How are you feeling?: oof. Getting pretty uncomfortable. Back pain is getting worse and I'm having trouble sleeping π’
Rants/Raves: my parents babysat DD this weekend so my H and I could get stuff done around the house. We were SO productive and accomplished a ton! We got rid of all the guest room furniture and set up the crib in its place. Cleared out the baby's closet and organized clothing and toys. And I deep cleaned the master closet for good measure. I literally smile when I walk into the closet now. A clean and organized closet brings me so much joy!Β
Questions: have any of the STM+ in this group had GD before? Just me?
GTKY: laundry, commute, and lunch. The laundry alone would be amazing!!
@vampirina Your husband is a man after my heart. But I have become self aware enough to realize there are some projects I am simply never going to do myself, and if they need done, I have to call someone.

Upcoming appointments: 3-hour test tomorrow, I guess? Ugh π«
How are you feeling?: Hot, tired, and lumpy, and I think that's probably how the next 3 months will go
Rants/Raves: Simultaneous rant & rave -- My SUV developed noises that our local mechanic strongly suspected were transmission-related. So rather than confirm and have an expensive repair or a ding on the Carfax, we traded it in on a new Hyundai Santa Fe. That thing is nice. But after we picked it out, it took the dealer 3.5 hours to process paperwork and get us on our way. Holy heck!
Questions: Any resources out there that are valuable for managing GD? With how much I failed the 1-hr glucose test by, I don't like my odds on the 3-hr at all π£
GTKY: I'll take lunch and laundry for sure. My commute is already pretty low-traffic, but if I could get rid of the stoplights, that would be helpful.
@noprobalo, good luck on your 3 hour test tomorrow! I don't know of any resources, necessarily, but if you do end up being positive for GD, your doctor will have information for you, and possibly send you to see a nutritionist for help. I had GD with my DD, so I am happy to answer any questions you have. Feel free to send me a private message anytime. But hopefully you'll pass tomorrow and it will be no big deal! π€

Rants/Raves: RANT that we are in the process of getting our house on the market. It goes on the market next week and with my SO working in RI during the week everything has been falling on me to do to get the house ready, add solo parenting 5days a week and working full time I am ready for a freaking vacation!!
Luckily we have a beach house vacation coming up in 2 weeks so hopefully I can relax then. Iβm ready to sell and find a house and hopefully settle some before baby gets here.Β
Questions: I think we have a thread on this but I have the spectra rechargeable pump from baby one but I want a hands free as well. I have heard mixed reviews on the Elvie and willow and am hoping any moms have suggestions
