    Dude, efffffff sciatic pain. This has been terrible. I can barely lift my left leg without pain shooting, like, everywhere. I got in the car yesterday by lifting my leg with my hands and swinging it in and I can barely put socks on. Luckily I have an appointment with my OB tomorrow, I'll ask her what I can do, because Tylenol isn't helping that much (plus, I'm a little wary of taking any medication more than I absolutely need it). Anyway. I bought another heating/ice pad so I'll just be alternating heat and cold every 20 minutes all day again.

    Oh no @Lisa3379, I'm sorry you're having so much pain! I hope you're able to get some relief ASAP!

    I didn’t have that till the end with my first pregnancy but even then the baby moved and it didn’t last too long. I can’t imagine dealing with it now and no relief!  ugh!

    I am sorry you're in so much pain @Lisa3379! My friend is due in February with her 2nd and is already experiencing sciatic pain. :(
