I had participated in the past when we were trying to have our daughter. My daughter is now one. My wife and I have been married 9 years and together 12.5. We are a same-sex couple and ended up needing embryo adoption. We had done 6 IUIs and in addition to my age my eggs were in the end the barrier.
We were fortunate to find three embryos and couple that would match with us. The first transfer did not take at all.

I began contacting all of the agencies I know of that may be willing to let a same-sex couple adopt. So far having zero success. Aware this is a less frequent pathway people take. Appreciate the opportunity to talk with people who understand the journey.
