I think I’ve used both of those, too. I liked the Spectra better, but pumping was horrible for me because I barely got anything when I did. I’m debating even getting a new one, even though insurance will cover it. Should I bother?

Totally up to you! I never really respond well to a pump either and had supply issues with my my third, but I enjoy nursing and I’m hoping it gets smoother this time.
I have used the Spectra for both kids--it worked fine, but I also have no basis for comparison!
@Lisa3379 I say get a new one just in case! I loved having two so I could just leave one at work. If you still have your regular Spectra, you could also consider using insurance this time to cover a Spectra 9 (their portable model).
Medula double is best suction wise. Spectra was gpod for portability. May try another option this time. I've heard alot about the willow wjich is wearable. But moat insurance doesn't cover it

My friend just got the Motif Luna and says she really likes it because it has a built in rechargeable battery so she doesn't have to be near an outlet to use it.
I used the Spectra S1 with my first and it seemed to work well! I had to pump in my car because I work in home health, so I needed something that had a rechargable battery. I was much more successful once I realized I was using the wrong flange size as I didnt realize you could buy so many different sizes/not just what comes standard.
