  Since you are giving side profile shots I can tell you that your kiddo could be born w/ femal genitals but identify as female or male or could be born with male genitals and identify as male or female or in very very rare cases be born w/ both male and female parts.  
  
  Sorry, but you can not tell the gender of your kiddo they will identify when they get older. But w/ these pics the genitals are not located in the head or profile pics.  
  
  Your best answer to find out is to ask the technician that does the scan.  Not internet strangers
