2 babies?

I had my first ultrasound at 6 week, during the ultrasound the tech instantly found the heart beat of the baby, but she couldn’t clarify what the 2nd “item” I guess you could say (other circled). It was a topical ultrasound, and she said it wasn’t the yolk sac. So what is it?? She kind of left me hanging. This is my 5th pregnant and I’ve never had anything else in the sac with besides a baby in my other ultrasounds.

    I'm sure if it was a baby, the tech would have noted as twins.  Only time will tell.  I had a friend that had "something" extra and it was gone the next ultrasound (20 week AS) and it was a singleton. As I said time will tell.
