  • Ian’s trying to am trying to eat better and less. Tracking the stuff I put in my mouth. 

    No recent wins. 

    I need to lose weight to feel better about myself.

  • I'm trying to be ok with the idea that pregnancy just might not be in the cards for us at this point, so I'm trying to focus more on myself. I tend to gain weight when TTC so I'm just trying to get back to my norm.

    I started working out again in October and have not missed a day of working out since starting!
