Trying to Get Pregnant

TWW Wednesday 6/9

Gah why is the spacing so weird. No matter what I do I get giant spaces between lines or they’re right under each other, there’s no in between!

    Month/Cycle: 3

    CD/DPO: 18/5

    Timing: 👍🏻

Typical LP length: not sure, first time doing bbt in a while. Around 14

Testing: not till late next week

R/R: i think our AC upstairs is out (there’s a unit on each floor in our new house) which is just...so frustrating. They’re still working on our million dollar roof, soffits, and gutters and I’m already frustrated bc they said 3-5 days and started on 5/21. DH is trying to calm me down but I already regret moving and now the new house is proving to be a money pit just like our old one was when we first moved in. Like are we the unluckiest homeowners or what. Other than that I have a day completely packed with meetings and it’s raining. Bring on the anger, and coffee 😆

CS/Q: FF gave me CH! Yay
Edited for CD and DPO- apparently reading numbers on a chart is hard for me haha

    Month/Cycle: 2/2

    CD/DPO: 20/3

    Timing: -3, -2, -1, O, O+1

Typical LP length: Last month was only 10 days, but it was also the first month I'd been charting, so not sure yet

Testing: Waiting until at least 10 DPO

R/R: DH wanted pizza for his birthday last night, but we were too lazy to make one of our own healthier pizza recipes, so we ordered. We're both seriously regretting the grease. My stomach is pretty sensitive to grease and sugar due to medication I'm on, but we went all out. Why do we do this to ourselves?

    CS/Q: None
  • @b_1029 ysy CH, boo roof people! I hope they're done soon.
@awello sorry you're feeling the pizza today. I hope it was tasty at least!

    Month/Cycle: 8/7

    CD/DPO: 27/4

    Timing: O-3, O-1

    Typical LP length: 10 days

Testing: Tuesday or Wednesday next week

R/R: woke up with a headache but I think it's from how I was sitting doing homework last night. Not much happening today, probably more cross stitch and homework, maybe a little cleaning.

CS/Q: happy with my temp shift this cycle, though FF is freaking out that I ovulated earlier than usual and didn't have a positive opk lol.

  • @b_1029 sometimes I pre-emptively delete spaces between lines since it always adds more.

Yay for CH!! Sorry about your AC, I hope it gets fixed soon! 🥵

@awello because pizza is sooooo good!

@fantasyflyte haha FF is freaking out because I also have no positive opk and because I ovulated late 😂 but that's a good temp shift!

    Month/Cycle: 0 AL

    CD/DPO: 21/4

    Timing: n/a

Typical LP length: 14, but I expect shorter

    Testing: nope, benched

R/R: back in the office for the first time in 4 weeks! Glad to see no one was squatting in my preferred desk, although I'm not sure anyone would want it since you have to listen to that guy snoring multiple times a day 😂

    CS/Q: nope
  • awelloawello member
@fantasyflyte @pajamstagrams the pizza was definitely delicious!
  • Need to post and ghost being in the office today.

    Month/Cycle: 7 AL

    CD/DPO: 18/4

    Timing: good

    Typical LP length: 13 days

    Testing: next week

R/R: I will never understand DH sometimes. The man rolled up his freaking pants for planting the trees yesterday and I mention "we should really get you some shorts" and I got nothing from him. Not a "yeah that's a good idea". Nothing. His typical footwear is a pair of hefty hiking shoes so not only was he wearing rolled up jeans but these clunky big hiking boots yesterday while it was in the 80s outside. Smart enough to go shirtless for sleeping though 🙄🤦‍♀️🤣 Why did I marry this guy lol

@inthewoods23 I keep telling DH he needs new jeans for whenever we run errands or go out of the house. His second to last pair of jeans had long rips in the butt, so his underwear was showing while we were out and about yesterday for his birthday. The thing was that he KNEW he had rips in his pants, and yet wore them anyway. I also frequently ask myself why I married this guy haha

  • I'm on a walk break so hello!

@b_1029 I knew it was a fallback rise! Too bad we're not DPO buddies 🥺 I feel like our house is a money pit too. At least we've committed to living here for a while

@awello mmmm pizza. If we didn't have burger meat that was about to go bad I'd totally suggest it for dinner tonight. We'll just have to have it tomorrow! Sometimes greasy food sounds super tasty and half the time the regret is there when it sits in the bottom of your stomach. And omg rips in the butt?? You should just toss those jeans in the trash!

@fantasyflyte that shift is definitely there! Are your surges short?

@pajamstagrams my previous job I had a coworker who would fall asleep at his desk. Due to his medication, but still annoying!

@awello @inthewoods23 I'm married the guy who has split his pants in public 😂 it was an accident, obviously, but we both laughed so hard.

    Edit typo
  • @inthewoods23 I have PCOS, and my surges are all over the place lol. I had a couple almost-positives on CD 22, and I might have had a positive in the morning on CD23, but I didn't have a chance to take one until evening. So either no "peak" detectable, or (I think more likely) I just missed it by circumstance.
  • One of the most frustrating things about the TWW is having a headache and not being able/willing to take almost anything for it. I have a pregnancy-safe rescue med on hand, but it's one of the more heavy duty ones and I'd prefer to save it for the reaaaal bad ones, especially since I can't take the most effective med because it's brand new and not tested for safety in pregnancy, and I don't want to risk anything in the TWW. Blugh.
  • @fantasyflyte presumably Tylenol does nothing for you?
  • bows22bows22 member
@fantasyflyte the Excedrin Tension Headache (just acetaminophen and caffeine, I actually have the generic brand) works pretty well for me. Definitely better than just straight Tylenol.
  • @pajamstagrams it's pretty hit or miss, NSAIDs or regular Excedrin are better.
@bows22 interesting, I didn't know that was a thing. I'll have to look into that one.
  • b_1029b_1029 member
@fantasyflyte if I feel a bad one coming on I usually take tylonel and drink a small cup of coffee. It makes me feel better about taking it vs excedrin even though it’s essentially the same thing.
Sorry for your headache! Hope it passes soon
  • ***lurking from wto***

    @pajamstragrams @awello @inthewoods23  I married the guy who’s split his pants at a wedding... twice 😂
