GTKY: What is your favorite food/food combo that others might think is weird?
Re: WTO Weekend 6/5 - 6/6
GTKY: What is your favorite food/food combo that others might think is weird? Growing up, my dad routinely made us scrambled eggs with sliced hot dogs in them. I did not know this was uncommon until a high school teacher told a story of being overseas on July 4, and their hotel trying to give them an American breakfast by making scrambled eggs with hot dogs. The rest of my class was like "lol off the mark there, what a weird combo" and I'm sitting here like "wait not everyone eats that?"
GTKY: What is your favorite food/food combo that others might think is weird? Macaroni and ketchup? MH thinks I’m weird, not sure if that’s a common opinion or not haha
🤞your O is today!

Man, I can't think of anything right now. When I do make fruit smoothies, I like putting almond or peanut butter in them? Although I think a lot of people do that haha. I also like grapefruit and rosemary together!
@b_1029 my family does Macaroni and ketchup too! And yes, thank goodness for AC 🙌.
@fantasyflyte it does look like your timing will be spot on whether you get one more time in or not! Fx. I hope the pool is fun tonight!

GTKY: What is your favorite food/food combo that others might think is weird? For a food combo that a lot of people tell me is weird -- I love sardines with cream cheese on crackers. I don't think it's weird but I've learned that a lot of people do lol.
Glad the shower is done and went well!
@b_1029 our poor AC can't keep up with humidity. I bought a gauge, and our house is constantly over 60%, and we keep it in the low 70s. 🤷♀️ I have no desire to live anywhere without ac at this point.
@pajamstagrams my old apartment didn’t have AC but luckily I met DH in March of that year and we started dating by the time it got really hot, so I started staying at his place for the AC 😅 I would never move anywhere without it either now. Too crabby without it. I also put PB in my smoothies pretty much regardless of what else is in it!

GTKY: What is your favorite food/food combo that others might think is weird?
I put vinegar in my beef stew and my husband thinks I’m disgusting. I put it in after it’s cooked and can’t eat it without it.
GTKY: What is your favorite food/food combo that others might think is weird? Carrots and peanut butter! Also cheddar and peanut butter sandwiches (heated up so the cheese is almost melted). Basically all things with peanut butter. I also love sardines which I think some people find weird. I make sardine omelets occasionally.
@pajamstagrams I just turned to my DH and said, “I need some rosemary simple syrup ASAP.” He makes simple syrups for his old fashioneds all the time and I bet that would be a great addition for lots of cocktails but I’m definitely going to try your n/a version. Sounds so refreshing!
GTKY: What is your favorite food/food combo that others might think is weird? I don't think I have any that are that weird? Nothing that I can think of, at least. I'm originally from New York, but live in the South now, so my northern friends think I'm weird for liking foods like grits and lots of fried stuff. And lots of biscuits. Yum, ham biscuits from Bojangles. DH grew up in Texas, near the Louisiana border, so he's introduced me to a lot of Cajun food that I've found absolutely delicious, like crawfish.
