@daisy0322 I’ve been wanting to get back to the gym lately too. I stopped working out when we got our IF diagnosis because I didn’t want anything I was doing to negatively impact our chances. In hindsight I know that was a stupid reason. The gym is right across the street from my office, so I would always go during my lunch break and swim some laps. It’s so relaxing to me! What’s your go to workout?

R/R: I ended up spiking a fever yesterday afternoon. Yesterday was 1 week since my second shot. I’m feeling a little bit better this morning (but this how yesterday started out too). Hopefully this is passing soon!

It’s supposed to be super hot here the next couple of days. I’m looking forward to it lol. We normally go camping every weekend MH has off during the summer, but because of a last minute schedule change, our whole summer plans are f-ed up. All that to say, we’re not going camping this weekend. Hopefully we can find something fun to do to stay cool!

@LJMoon6 we just have a Y membership so our gym isn’t very fancy but I usually will do 20 min of cardio, lift for 20 min, 10-20 min of abs/ core, finish up with 10-30 min of light cardio. I used to do pole though and I miss it so much! The schedule just doesn’t work for me anymore. It’s supposed to be hot here this weekend too! I LOVE it though ..... I think we’ll hit the pool
