WAYDTGKU: hopefully Letrozole & TI
R/R: I called my OB’s office yesterday and spoke with the nurse on the line. She said if I didn’t hear back from her yesterday to call today since time is of the essence if I’m going to start Letrozole this cycle (my OB was super busy with patients yesterday - he works in multiple offices so he’s only in my local office two days a week). The office opens at 9 so I’ll give them a bit after they open before I call. I’m really hoping OB will be on board. I may look into seeing a RE if not.

WAYDTGKU: the things
R/R: Somehow the band on my temp drop came apart so I had to re-do it, but I realized that I've been wearing it a lot tighter than I normally would and as a result my temps are super low. So, my chart's probably going to be a little off this cycle. Oh well. Oh, another rant: since I'm taking a leave of absence next year, someone has to take over the AP class that I teach. Well apparently I was still expected to come up with the summer reading assignment even though they already have someone to teach the class? Um, no thanks. How annoying....
CS/Q:
@fameonmain2 feels like the new teacher should be setting the assignment...since, you know, they'll be the one discussing it with the class when school's back, right??
Month/Cycle: n/a, 0 AL
@pajamstagrams boo for a lost package but yay for getting that many FRERs for $9! It’s stupid how expensive those are.
@gingermama29 I hope the ob gets back to you quickly.
@fameonmain2 wow, that's super frustrating. You'd think the person teaching the class would have to do it since summer reading is more an extension of the upcoming year than of the past year.
@pajamstagrams woo EWCM!

WAYDTGKU: bbt, cm, opks, preseed, cinnamon supplements
R/R: Today feels like a weird day for some reason. I think it's because it's the day between my summer class sessions and I'm working an early shift that I don't normally work. Hoping I can stay awake thia afyernoon and qork on my next sewing project and maybe a little cleaning depending on how my back is.
CS/Q: would love to see even a little darkening on opks but who knows, based on my typical cycles I could O anytime between now and 10 days from now.
@fameonmain2 why in the world would they think you should come up with the reading assignment??? Why are people so weird about these things
@pajamstagrams I love a cheap FRER ❤️
@fantasyflyte weird to be out routine isn't it?

@fantasyflyte this whole week feels weird to me, due to the Monday holiday. I keep forgetting today is Wednesday.
@inthewoods23 sending so many hugs today 💕 Give your kitty all the love and snuggles.
@fameonmain2 what the heck with the reading assignment. That makes zero sense.

WAYDTGKU: Mira, Proov, PNV, Coq10, Mosie (I feel like my list reads like a bunch of alien spaceships or something)
R/R: I’m dealing with a project at work that my boss is making infinitely more complicated than it needs to be. I work for a large company and sometimes the bureaucracy makes me want to set myself on fire.
CS/Q: took my first Proov test this cycle to establish a baseline (used to compare against tests after O to confirm ovulation). I still think it’s weird to look for the ABSENCE of a second line (as opposed to OPKs/preg tests where I’m squinting for that second line).
@inthewoods23 hugs today
@rachelredhead I know, I am so annoyed. I hate when others make simple tasks complicated. lol @ your list of alien spaceships!
@rachelredhead your list does kind of sound like some alien spaceships! That, or the names of some high-intensity training programs.

R/R: I know I've complained about this before, but the way DH has me tracking calories (we're trying to lose weight together, and he's big into working out and fitness and stuff), I feel like I can't eat at all. It's becoming dangerous, feeling like I have to starve myself to save calories. I'm just really frustrated with the whole thing. DH just tells me, "Don't let it get to you. You can't let that bother you." Same thing with getting pregnant. My cycles have been somewhat irregular since getting off BC in the winter, ranging from 23 days to in the 30s. I only have one cycle of minimal data, but I've been doing OPKs and have yet to see ANY darkening. Maybe I just have a short surge. DH thinks I should lay off doing OPKs so I can stop stressing over them.
TLDR: I'm super stressed out about things I shouldn't be, but I can't seem to calm down. I know I shouldn't be stressed, but I get overwhelmed with things quickly when they add up.
CS/Q: None
@awello I would ditch the calorie counting. I think that doesn't work for a lot of people. Plus it's time consuming! There are soany better ways to "watch" what you eat for weight loss. DH and I did a program through his work that let's you eat basically anything you want except for a handful of things. There's also only a handful of snack suggestions (like X number of chips, fruit, tbsp of peanut butter, etc). The main premise is that you only eat when you are truly hungry and eat slowly so that you actually savor your food and so that your brain has time to register when you are actually full (so you don't end up feeling stuffed). Calories don't matter! So if you want that hefty chicken Alfredo then you get to eat it!

Also: I'm not actually that strong, but I don't let that stop me. I was routinely in "last" when I went to CrossFit classes at the gym, but it didn't bother me at all. Everyone needs to start somewhere 🤷♀️ I have my personal goals, and while they aren't as impressive as others who weight lift, I'm pretty dang proud of my progress, and in the end, that's what motivates me.
(Edit because I'm ahead of myself and didn't finish typing!)
