What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? Resuming my weightlifting program! And also remembering why less is more when it comes to alcohol 🥴 I'm too old for this sh*t
How's everything going? Any recent wins? So I started my program again after 5 (?) weeks off (2 with zero exercise at all) and decided to pick up exactly where I left off, no deloading at all. I was pleasantly surprised to only fail one lift! (My squat, which I expected). Definitely lost some strength, but not as much as I thought, so I'm happy 😊
What has you motivated or struggling this week? I'm happy that I didn't lose too much strength, so I'm reasonably confident I can hit my deadlift goal in a month or two. 🤞
