What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? I have been very good at the eating-with-coffee thing, and also taking a walk daily thing, but now it's raining all week here, so I'm looking for very light exercise I can do indoors. I'm nervous about re-injuring my shoulder (dislocated it in March) and also battling an asthma flare up because of weather & plants pollinating, so might be an interesting one to sort out this week, but yeah, my goal is to use this week to find indoor exercise that I like/can do as an alternative for days I cannot get outside. Anyone have suggestions?
How's everything going? Any recent wins? You know, I feel good this week, mentally, and we deep cleaned the common areas of our house this week, so that's a major win for us.
What has you motivated or struggling this week? I have an intense work deadline that will require a lot of focus, so hopefully that stays on the motivating side of things vs struggling side.
@beakay8 I second the Peloton app suggestion. I do Pilates, yoga, barre, strength training on there often and I do their outdoor running workouts sometimes, too.

More water and less diet Dr Pepper, workout 5 days a week, go for a walk every day it doesn’t rain, even if it’s just a 10 min walk between meetings. I’m thinking about trying a walking “commute” since I’m WFH at least through October. It is REALLY bogging me down so I think I might do a 20 min “commute” walk before and after work to help get me in a better headspace.
How's everything going? Any recent wins? I snacked on fruit today, sooooo wonderful to be in berry season! My broken toe is feeling better. No running yet but I feel okay doing 2 mile walks and peloton rides don’t aggravate it too much. Trying not to overdo it!
What has you motivated or struggling this week? I’m struggling with WFH. I’m just burnt out. I am struggling to end my day because I feel like I’m always accessible. I need to set better boundaries and build in more breaks.

Drinking more water daily (I typically drink 80 oz but I am trying to increase my water intake to a gallon), doing better with my exercising this week (I typically go to the gym 3-4 days a week but last week I only went once!) & getting ahead on my editing without stressing out over it (I am a photographer so the majority of my life is spent editing I feel like... haha!)

I was trying to do 10k steps a day, and did great the past 2 days but missed it today because we had volleyball and I didn’t plan ahead! Tomrorow is a new day. Also trying to drink more water and generally eat healthier, which is going ok.

Also, the cicadas are here 😆 but I had a pretty light meeting day today and yesterday, so I was motivated to go for more walks. The dog is very happy with my 10k step goal.

How's everything going? Any recent wins? I packed a lunch yesterday and today. This means I eat less and am not spending money!
