WAYDTGKU: waiting for this marathon cycle to end, hopefully through medication. Hoping my doctor calls today.
R/R: The weather was absolutely gorgeous this weekend and we spent the entirety of it outside enjoying it. Our big project this weekend was the garden next to our garage which had become overgrown with weeds and a catch all for tree branches and sticks. DH did the bulk of the work but we cleared out that whole area, laid edging, added 8 bags of soil, and planted our raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, spinach, and cherry tomatoes. I can’t get over how much better it looks! I don’t have a good “before” picture but I’ll share a couple in a spoiler.

R/R: had an amazing weekend, college bff who i haven't seen since july came down for the weekend - lots of vaccinated outdoor fun. totally forgot this weekend was preakness so baltimore was bustlin'.
CS/Q: nada
@gingermama29 looks so good!! what's awesome about cherry tomatoes is that typically if you just let them die off in the fall and don't turn the soil they should come back... and multiply. we have so many this year we are giving them away left and right!
@anniemarie887 so glad you got to spend time with your bff this weekend!

WAYDTGKU: OPKs, PNV
R/R: I have what everyone I work with agrees is an absurdly aggressive, too-tight-turnaround deadline this week (made aware of it on Thursday; first bits due on Wednesday), and I could have no to it, but dang it, I'm really fucking good at my job & I can get the work done so. Rave is that I had an extremely relaxing weekend; yesterday, MH and I deep cleaned all the common areas of our house, and I feel very ready to tackle this work week with the house in shape (since I'm still WFH right now).
CS/Q:

CS/Q: I think I've got another bit of a dip here before O happens, but of course, only time will tell...

@anniemarie887 mmm cherry tomatoes. I can't wait till I have a real garden again. I have just been doing a few bits in containers the past few years here, but it's not the same. Glad you had fun and got to enjoy the beautiful weather and the visit!

WAYDTGKU: Tracking cycle/BBT/CM/CP, taking PNVs, using OPKs, HIO
R/R: Rant - I feel like this weekend just zipped by. I decided to take Wednesday off this week so that I can finish the things I didn't get to over the weekend (trimming our front walk, taking the dog to the groomer).
Rave #1 - Our new living room furniture is getting delivered on Wednesday! That's part of the reason I took the day off, too. It's quite large, so we have some rearranging to do. I'll have to be sure to take before/after photos.
Rave #2: I love my new Femometer BBT thermometer. I take my temp and it automatically uploads it to the app. I took advantage of the free trial for Premium, so we'll see how it goes. I want to see how it compares to FF when it comes to insights & interpretations and such.
CS/Q: Nah, I'm in that weird time between the end of my period, a few days before FW starts, and still have a week or so to go for O. <--- ETA: we need to come up with a catchy term for this.
Due with baby #2: Feb 2022
@gingermama29 that garden area looks great!
@anniemare887 yay for vaccinated fun! We saw my inlaws yesterday, it was very nice.
@beakay8 sorry about the tight deadline but yay relaxing weekend!
@BusinessWife fingers crossed for everything!
@babyodo oooh, new furniture is fun!
Month/Cycle: 7/7

WAYDTGKU: opks, cm, bbts, cinnamon supplements
R/R: my blood results came back completely normal except for slightly high cholesterol and way low vitamin D! I'm both excited and shocked, I really thought my sugar levels would be terrible. I'm surprised but relieved.
On a completely unrelated note, I've been using the Thinx period panties from Target this cycle and I can vouch that I like them a lot. Next cycle I'll probably try them with a smaller pad before deciding if I'll try them with no pad at all.
Rant: We were talking about jury duty last night and how I get called all the time. Wouldn't you know there's a jury duty summons in my mail today.
CS/Q: nothing to see yet.
Due with baby #2: Feb 2022
@anniemarie887 what’s “Preakness”? Glad you had fun with your BFF.
@beakay8 wow - I’m loving that you’re so relaxed and ready to tackle this unexpected work deadline with gusto! You go girl!
@BusinessWife your gif also describes how I’m feeling today. This weekend was a bit psycho for me. I hope you have an easy day today.
@babyodo here’s to hoping this week is better than last. Sounds like things are lining up for it to be so.

WAYDTGKU: mid-luteal IVF cycle #1
R/R: I had a very busy weekend and don't really feel like I rested enough; there was lots of chores to do. Some of what we did was fun, but blergh... I wish I had taken a nap either/both days. And this morning I woke up and was supposed to get a blood test first thing (somehow, despite all of the blood tests I've done in the past 8 months, my new fertility clinic requires one more antibody test), but MH was still sleeping so I had to take the dog out for a walk instead and, with the local LabCorp, if you don't get there by 6:30am to line up for 7am opening, there's no point coming until much later in the day. Anyway, I went at 10am, and still ended up waiting for 1h15min. So, I didn't start work until 11:30. It's gonna be a busy afternoon of meetings.
CS/Q: temps are dropping which means E2 is rising, which is what we want to see! Hoping for an LH surge by the weekend so that we can get stims started next week! Woot!

@BusinessWife hope you've heard back by now!
@babyodo yay for an exciting day off coming up!
@fantasyflyte oh i'm glad you like the thinx! i really want a sale of sorts on them before ordering.
@acleverusername i love the " around Preakness. it's the 2nd leg of the triple crown in horse racing - Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes, and Belmont Stakes (which are in NY). so funny how when something happens in your backyard you sometimes just assume everyone else knows about it, too.
@anniemarie887 sounds like a great weekend!
@beakay8 it's awesome that you're getting it done, even with a tight deadline
@BusinessWife I hope you get good news about your bloodwork!
@babyodo new furniture is the best, I can't wait to see the before and afters
@fantasyflyte it's like the jury duty people just knew you were talking about them! I received my first summons ever for the day after my wedding... that was a big no so I rescheduled and now it's scheduled for some time in July
@acleverusername is that LabCorp wait normal? I live near-ish the LabCorp headquarters and they're pretty fast for labwork in this area. (I actually work right across the train tracks from them, when we're in the office... and now I'm on a roll... and the owner of my company is the sibling of the man that started LabCorp, just yards away from each other!. He doesn't own it anymore, but the family is definitely well off these days)

WAYDTGKU: PNV, OPKs, will be temping this month
R/R: today was super busy... the new class I'm taking started today and because it's summer school, it is fast paced for sure. The class I'm teaching ends Sunday so there are lots of panicked students emailing me about their grades/work/lack thereof. And of course, then there's work-work.
CS/Q: nothing yet, I will be more diligent about temping this cycle!
@jlbaker08 lol on all your random LabCorp knowledge. Remind me again what you teach? Good luck with more diligent temping this cycle!

@beakay8 glad you had a nice relaxing weekend and got some good cleaning done.
@fantasyflyte so glad to hear your results came back normal! That must be such a relief!
@acleverusername ooof that’s a long wait. I hope your afternoon went by quickly and wasn’t too bad.
@jlbaker08 gotta love those last minute panicked students.
