How far along are you? 13+2
Any new symptoms? Been dealing with an increase in insomnia lately. I told my OB at my last appointment and she recommended kicking my screen habit before bed but it's been SO hard for me. Watching tv is how I've wound myself down since like.. childhood.
Any appointments recently or coming up? How did it go? Had an OB appointment on Monday. It went well. I heard baby's heartbeat and everything so far seems on track.
How many kids do you already have, and how old are they? 2-year-old
How are your other kids doing this week? There's been another COVID case at daycare (thankfully not in my child's room). Keeping my fingers crossed it's an isolated event (although my head always tells me that's not very likely)

But in all seriousness, I think I'll go with Thanksgiving Day because we usually go to DH's and my parents' houses (which means no cooking for me and sometimes even leftovers for the next couple days!) and it's the start of a long weekend.
How far along are you? 14w today!
Any new symptoms? I am FINALLY starting to feel my energy pick up again. Nausea is still there so I won't get my hopes up too much. Getting the round ligament pain when I stand up. And SEVERE headaches. I had my blood pressure checked just in case but it was all good.
Any appointments recently or coming up? How did it go? Next week!
How many kids do you already have, and how old are they? A 4 year old son
How are your other kids doing this week? My son is stoked for his baby sister. He also was recommended for early-Pre-K and started in that class this week. He's coming home from school pretty exhausted and grumpy, but that's meant he's been more keen for mommy cuddle time and since I can't actually do anything physical it's for the best.
GTKY: What’s the best single day of the year?
I think the first night of Passover. It's a huge amount of work, but I absolutely adore the Passover Seder and put everything together and lead it for our friends and family. The last two years this has been over Zoom so I REALLY hope we can travel home for it next year.
How far along are you? 11+2

How many kids do you already have, and how old are they? 3 kids. 7, 5, and 3
How are your other kids doing this week? We were in vacation so great haha. I’m exhausted though!
Concerns/Questions: I was thinking this week about how this babe will be born right at the holidays and how I’ll handle everyone visiting (I.e. wanting to touch my newborn). My first two are summer babies and my last was late winter (not a time when out of state family visited). I’m not looking forward to this part.
GTKY: What’s the best single day of the year? 🤔 maybe Christmas. I love watching my kids light up. It’s also probably the hardest day 😆

How are your other kids doing this week? He seems to be getting more comfortable with daycare, which I’m thankful for. We went to the aquarium today and when we were getting in the car, he said “VERY fun, Mommy!” 🥰

GTKY: What’s the best single day of the year? I love Christmas Eve and Thanksgiving day equally, I think? Christmas Eve feels magical and romantic, and Thanksgiving is the best meal(s) of the year. Total toss up.
How far along are you? 11 + 6

How many kids do you already have, and how old are they? 3 - 5, 3 (almost 4), 15 months
How are your other kids doing this week? The little one is teething right now and is a total bear. The older two are great.

GTKY: What’s the best single day of the year? Definitely not a holiday. So glad I’ll give birth right before the holidays and will be able to have a drink lol
@sliztee I haven’t thought about Christmas Eve as being romantic since my oldest was born. Good for you guys.
How far along are you? 13 + 2
Any new symptoms? My armpits are really sore! Didn’t have this with the other two, but Dr. Google tells me it’s common 🤷🏼♀️
Any appointments recently or coming up? How did it go? Next one is an early anatomy scan at 16 weeks. *TW* They saw a cystic hygroma (extra fluid by the neck) at 10 weeks, which has caused a bunch of extra appointments, including a CVS. Luckily everything has looked good since 11 weeks, results are coming back normal, and the hygroma went away, but they still have to do extra checks to see if anything serious caused it. My first two pregnancies were much smoother, so this extra anxiety has thrown me for a bit of a loop.

GTKY: What’s the best single day of the year? Hmmmm I have to say celebrating Mother’s Day now that I’m a mom is pretty nice.
How far along are you? 13+2
Any new symptoms? Well I poop like once a week now so that's weird. I have been feeling super shitty today because I had insomnia last night and slept like 3 hours then woke up with a headache. I got my second covid shot yesterday so I think that has been giving me some side effects too. Like today I have been starving but barely able to eat a thing and I threw up like Exorcist style this morning, which I just don't think is due to pregnancy because I'm one of those people that has never thrown up from pregnancy and this is my third kid.

How are your other kids doing this week? They both still have a bit of a cold that started last week. My 5-year-old seems pretty emotional lately too. I don't know what to do about so much whining.

GTKY: What’s the best single day of the year? Probably Halloween. It just feels magical.
How far along are you? 13+6
Any new symptoms? So my sense of smell remains as sharp and detests every smell it comes across. I just realized that my sense of taste has weakened.
Any appointments recently or coming up? How did it go? Had one this morning for my fluctuating blood pressure. I have been referred to a specialist gynecology ward and to get a cardio. Let’s see how that goes.
How many kids do you already have, and how old are they? A two-year old.
How are your other kids doing this week? Great. Weaned her 4 weeks ago. For the first time she slept with me last night, and she was looking to nurse in sleep. So sweet 🥰 but sent her back to her dad’s room!
Concerns/Questions: i’v still not figured out parenting with the existing kid. OMG what have I got myself into!!!😱
GTKY: What’s the best single day of the year? July is the best month as in everything is wound down. Recent years have been warmer than I prefer. It’s still nice to doze under a tree. Haven’t done that since I got pregnant with my first. Hopefully we all are so tired that the whole family falls asleep under a random tree.
