Ages: Tuned 36 end of Jan, DH is 35 turning 36 in June

How many months TTC: We tried one time in Jan for baby #2 and conceived, but unfortunately it ended in a m/c suspected ectopic. We aren't sure which since my HCG was so low, but I got the MTX shot to play it safe, thus we have had to wait 3 months before trying again, its been tough. We re-start again when I ovulate later this month into early May! So, I guess I am starting over...

WAYDTGKU: Eating super clean, low carb, zero processed sugar, lots of greens and fresh veggies, fats like avocado and olives. I started eating a small breakfast usually greek yogurt with berries and seeds depending on where I am in my cycle. I cut out coffee, limited my wine intake to just on the weekend evenings and I try not to get carried away, lol. I do low impact exercise 30 mins a day. Trying to make fertility friendly green smoothies a few times a week. Supplements: prenatal, vitamin DK2, fish oil, magnesium, COQ10 Ubiquinol + probiotic. I lost a lot of weight over the summer/fall so I am just maintaining now. My husband started a mens plant based multi, cut down on drinking and I am funneling avocado and spinach into him as much as possible. haha. Also, I am using Ava for skin temp tracking + CB Advanced Digital OPK.

About me: We live in LI, NY. I have a 2.5 year old son who we were so lucky to conceive quickly! I had a rough pregnancy but I/we are ready for #2 now.

We are both WFH due to the pandemic since last March and am hoping I can get pregnant while doing so! Easier than commuting pregnant.

Welcome! @boymama2018 I are motivating me. Lol we have so many treats in the house right now, but I'm getting groceries again Sunday, and starting Monday I have a keto mealplan ready to roll out. 😬 I also have some very nice full fat greek yogurt that should be lowish sugar, and skyr, so I'm hoping i can incorporate that into my low carb - high avocado diet! 🤣 Glad to have you on the board, and very sorry for your loss. Hope your stay in TTGP is short and sweet.

Nice to 'meet' you @BusinessWife ! Go girl! I have had this whole 3 month wait to obsess over bettering my health and I may have gone overboard but it was the only thing I really had control over so I channeled my energy into it lol.

So much avocado, haha.

I go back and forth on it. I really like it when its working! It crapped out on me my last fertile week. Every morning it wouldn't sync or read my data even though I did everything correct. I found a way to maybe prevent that from happening and started using it again last night. I ovulated early this last cycle so it would have bee good for Ava to read that.....hopefully she will pull through for me next cycle because thats the one that counts. I chart my skin temps in FF. In the sense of temping, it makes it much easier as I have learned temping is a delicate process when using BBT.

@boymama2018 welcome to the community and I'm sorry to hear about your loss. *hugs* What is MXT shot? Also, sounds like you're living your best life, so hopefully getting KUed will be straightforward, and that we can be of support for you while you're here.

@acleverusername Thank you, I appreciate the support and look forward to getting to know everyone. MTX is a shot they give you when you have relatively low HCG during an ectopic to basically rid the pregnancy in an unknown location. My hcg was 106, they saw nothing in my UT but something small in my left tube. They said it could just be a pregnancy related cyst or it could be the pregnancy. It is questionable because my hcg never got really high enough to begin with to even see anything. So, to avoid surgery I got the shot. It depletes your body of Folate which assists in the process. My numbers were less than 5 in a matter of 1.5 weeks. I started my vitamins again after that. This is why many doctors recommend waiting 3 months before TTC again, so you rebuild and so the drug is out of your system. However, ladies are told many different things from different doctors. Some say to wait 1 cycle, many say 3 months. My OB is very much an alarmist so we are playing it safe. Sorry that was so long! I am definitely trying to live my best life in hopes of actually having a successful pregnancy next time. Fingers crossed for getting KUed! lol.

@anniemarie887 I know....someone on another board suggested I unpair and re-pair the device when that happens. I did it 2 nights ago and it has worked. So, I will give her another shot!
