    This didn’t quite belong in WTF or TW so I’m posting here on a Wednesday. 

    I’m working with someone in the part of the lab that I’m in today and I know I’m new but I’m not an idiot. I was in this area by myself last week (as you normally are) and everyone left me to myself, just occasionally peeking in to see if I was all good. I’m still technically “training” but the way it works in my lab is there’s like levels of your training and I’m now in the “independent” part so I don’t need a trainer even around me. But the trainer I’m with this week is like following me around like a freaking shadow and she’s like “oh why are you doing it like that?” And of course I say it’s how I was shown. “Oh well I do it like this. You should do it like this.” And my manager even told me, the method of how you do it doesn’t matter, everyone has their own way of doing things, as long as the job still gets done they don’t care. So like, can she get off my back please and chill a little???
