Any appointments recently or coming up? How did it go? Had my first pelvic floor PT appointment on Friday to help avoid worsening the diastasis recti I have from my first pregnancy. Went pretty well. I have some exercises to help keep my core strong so fingers crossed they help! My first appointment with the midwife is tomorrow so hopefully I'll get confirmation of a heartbeat!
How many kids do you already have, and how old are they? One kid, age 2
How are your other kids doing this week? He's been a bundle of energy this week. Just watching him run around in circles around our kitchen island is exhausting!
Concerns/Questions:
GTKY: what’s your favourite drink? Hot chocolate with whipped cream and cinnamon. I probably drink this way too often during the winter (and also sometimes through the other seasons)
How far along are you? 6+4 based on Ovulation

Any new symptoms? Nothing new, just worse than last week
Any appointments recently or coming up? How did it go? US last Thursday that went well and another one Friday. While I feel very reassured having lots of US it is tough to get to the RE every week.
How many kids do you already have, and how old are they? One son, 3yo
How are your other kids doing this week? He’s doing great. We went to ride a train for Easter yesterday and that was pretty much the highlight of his life so far.

GTKY: what’s your favourite drink? Non pregnant I’m a coffee lover and a wino (I’m so basic I know). Right now, water. I don’t drink soda and don’t really like tea or anything, so I’m pretty boring really.

Any appointments recently or coming up? How did it go? Next one 4/30 with Homebirth midwives! So excited.

How are your other kids doing this week? She’s been a little whiny since spending so much time with her cousins. One of them gets away with everything and screams at the top of their lungs. She’s decided she wants to try that too...🤦🏽♀️ Just trying to be patient with her. There are a lot of changes going on and I can’t be there for her like I want to.

GTKY: what’s your favourite drink? I love a refreshing lemonade or non alcoholic ginger beer. Alcoholic: tamarind or pineapple margaritas🍹.
How far along are you? 6+5
Any new symptoms? I’m feeling a lot more nauseous this week
Any appointments recently or coming up? How did it go? Nope. I’m waiting for the birth center to schedule me

How are your other kids doing this week? Good! We are on spring break so entertaining them while nauseous haha.

How are your other kids doing this week? Great! He went with his dad to Virginia for Easter weekend. I miss him like crazy but I know he’s having fun

GTKY: what’s your favourite drink? I usually drink water and coffee but I can’t do coffee this pregnancy. Right now I’m craving orange juice mixed with ginger ale. Alcoholic- margaritas and wine

Concerns/Questions: Any third time + moms notice a bump already?? I thought I started to show faster with #2, but this is unreal. Luckily all my work meetings are still via Zoom, but I swear I look like I’m about to enter the second trimester already.

How are your other kids doing this week? They don't know. The 3yo told me I had a big belly and I ate all the food. We are waiting to tell them, after the last being a loss I dont want to hurt the 9yo again.
Concerns/Questions: every pain gives me a panic, yesterday at work I had cramping pains in my cervix and all I could think of was how busy was the ER at that point.

Flavored lemonade and semi-sweet iced tea.
Any new symptoms? I slept better last night than I have in weeks and I’m feeling a bit better today. I’m thinking my nausea and sleep issues are finally starting to subside 🤞🏻
Any appointments recently or coming up? How did it go? Went to the dr on Thursday and baby is looking amazing! Next appt is 4/29

How are your other kids doing this week? He’s doing great! The weather has been nice the past few days so we’ve been able to play outside and he’s loving it!
GTKY: what’s your favourite drink? Water and lemonade. Alcohol-wise, I love white wine and margaritas

Any new symptoms? Actually vomiting. I'm hoping this is my 9 week peak

GTKY: what’s your favourite drink? Not a huge alcohol drinker. I love a good Arnold Palmer lol otherwise diet dr pepper and flavored water is usually my drinks of choice.
How far along are you? 7 weeks and some change
Any new symptoms? My nausea has been absent since Saturday. It’s making me nervous because prior to that I had been vomiting. I have more breast tenderness and cramping now though

@crazyliblady I had a baby of both genders. The main difference I noticed was the hunger level. I was starving with my boy (especially for burgers) and not with the girl. I'm thinking it's a boy this time since I'm so hungry.
@mammametime Third time for me and I am already getting a little bump. I'm sure it wasn't this big before.

Any appointments recently or coming up? How did it go? Last appointment with RE on Thursday at 9 weeks and then graduate to my OB next week

How are your other kids doing this week? We told them about the babies on Saturday since my parents were coming over for dinner and we were going to tell them. We told my daughter to keep it a secret when they got here but of course as soon as she opened the door for them she covered her mouth and couldn't stop giggling. It ended up turning out pretty cute tho
GTKY: what’s your favourite drink? Wine when not pregnant, nonalcoholic - I like those flavored ice waters and lately have actually been wanting soda which is soooo not normal!
@crazyliblady - the only real difference with mine were how I grew... wide with my daughter and straight out with my son (which was how my mom was with us as well)
@mammametime - definitely feeling like I'm starting to have more of a blump... 3rd pregnancy plus twins is showing up real fast! I broke out the maternity jeans this weekend and I definitely feel like my insides are getting pushed up and out already. Not going to be hiding this one for long!

How are your other kids doing this week? So far so good besides the 4yos stubbornness this morning that resulted in him going to grandma’s in his pjs without shoes & socks and me being 10 minutes late for work

GTKY: what’s your favourite drink? Dr Pepper all the way...I haven’t had any since I found out I was pregnant and I miss it 😢
@crazyliblady my boy and girl pregnancies were wildly different in the first trimester. My son (1st pregnancy) my symptoms were super sore boobs, hunger and extremely exhausted. I only ever got nauseous/vomited twice. My daughter I was nauseous/having food aversions before I missed my period/tested and I was just overall miserable. I had afternoon sickness- made work easier but made home miserable. I was still getting sick occasionally until 23ish weeks. This one is mirroring my son’s more- tired and I’m so hungry it’s making me sick.

Any new symptoms? Same old same old. Tired, nauseated, hungry. Maybe the nausea is getting a little better?

How are your other kids doing this week? He's doing fine, my ILs have been visiting for the past week and a half which has been challenging to say the least but he's super stoked they are here

Any new symptoms? Not really. My nausea had gone away for the last several days, but is back this morning.
Any appointments recently or coming up? How did it go? I had 2 US last week. First one went poorly, second one went great. I've got 2 appointments (1 Midwife, 1 US/blood draw) at the end of the month.
How many kids do you already have, and how old are they? 1 girl 2.5 years
How are your other kids doing this week? We told her about the baby late last week so that we could tell family over Easter. She. Is. Thrilled. It's all she can talk about.

GTKY: what’s your favourite drink? Lemonade or sparkling water. Alcoholic would be either hard cider or wine. Though I really could go for a dark & stormy or a moscow mule right now.
