  Am I high risk? I don’t know. It’s never been spelled out. You decide!

  
  

  Why are you high risk? 

  I’ve quite overweight with two previous losses (1 chemical and 1 MMC), I was diagnosed with preeclampsia with DS, had hypertension with DD, and my OB made the suggestion that I may develop GD this pregnancy even though it hasn’t happened before. We won’t be surprised if I develop hypertension issues this go around. I’ll have NST later on this pregnancy and will do my glucose test at 20 weeks.
  

  
  

  How far along are you?

  Any additional monitoring or testing this week?
  No. Not for a bit. Like I said previously, I’ll have my glucose test earlier and I’ll eventually start NST. I may have extra ultrasounds if my blood pressure becomes an issue, and I have to take blood pressure medicine like I did with DD.

  
  

  Any concerns/news currently?
  I worry every day that I’ll experience another MMC. I see cardinals pretty recently lately. I take this as signs of good things from our angels.
  
  

  How are you coping being high risk?
  I'm fine. My OB may have considered me high risk with my last two pregnancies, too, but didn’t spell it out.
