R/R: the sun was out in Seattle today! MH and I biked to an off leash park with beach access with our teeny pup and we all had a beautiful afternoon

I have too many favorites so I'm going to be extra and do favorites by category.
Go-to easy comfort: vanilla bean ice cream with creamy peanut butter
Fresh baked: fudgy brownies or chocolate chip cookies with a glass of milk
What my mom makes: sicilian style cannolis or cassata cake

R/R: Still waiting for my period to start. After the BC pills I had withdrawal bleeding about a week ago, so yeah, no idea how long I'll be waiting. Still hoping we can do the FET about a month from now. In other news, we saw a house that we really loved yesterday, so it's started us talking about if we should buy it or not. It's in the hills a bit, and since it's California, the threat of fires is now an almost guarantee each summer, so that makes me nervous.

GTKY: what’s your favourite dessert? That's so hard! I keep thinking of things and I'm like, yes, bread pudding with whisky sauce is my favorite. But what about banana cream pie? What about chocolate ice cream? I really don't think I can choose! Lemon meringue pie? Maybe that's it, hahaha. Who knows. Give me all the desserts.

@chgilmore What kind of dog do you have? And I'm intrigued by this vanilla ice cream with peanut butter. At first I was skeptical, but now that I think about it, that sounds amazing.

@Lisa3379 fx for your FET next month! I sympathize with your house-buying dilemma. Might do you some good to look at whether that area in particular has had fires recently, could give you some piece of mind but a home is also a major purchase so if it doesn't feel 100% right, wait it out.

The pup is a 3-yr old mini-aussiedoodle so she sat on my lap in the back of our electric bike while MH biked around lol. she's very sweet and playful and her name is Velcro! (photo in spoiler with cat from Christmas)

The ice cream with PB thing started as a way for my mom to get me to eat more protein as a little kid because I was such a picky eater! Now it's a comfort food for me. I highly recommend trying at least once! I mean, people put peanuts on sundaes so why not just PB?
