FI have some bumps on my nipple, it looks like it’s part of the tip of my nipple and they hurt like crazy. Anyone ever experienced this before? It rubs against my clothes and it hurts because the little bumps stick out.

Yeah, you can get little blebs (blocked milk pores) as your body is getting ready to start producing milk for the baby. I would start with a hot shower, hot washcloth, and any of the other home remedies you may feel so inclined to try, and see if that gives you any relief. (Although I can't personally vouch for to the efficacy or accuracy of anything listed in the above link.) Feel free to google, "blocked milk duct," and see what you find.
Your bra (or t-shirt) may also be rubbing and causing some of the irritation, so make sure your undergarments are well-fitting to your changing body. Finally, you may want to try some soft little nipple pads to prevent excessive rubbing while it heals. There are both cloth and disposable types readily available. https://geekydeck.com/best-nipple-pads/
Also, that is a bold move there, posting a nip pic on the interwebs. Personally, I would remove it while the system still permits... But otherwise, do you, babe. 👍
