@keikilove avoid cold drinks?! Never heard that one before...
I think it's time for another round of Whole30. I've been feeling a little sluggish lately and I know its diet related (hence my rave about chocolate cake last week HAHA). Going to do my best to avoid el diablo (sugar) until I am ready to commit to the next W30 round. It's hard because I do it alone and it's much harder to stay accountable! I don't even miss the sugar, I miss dairy so much on W30. Other than that, committing to the gym 2/3 days a week and working out in the basement on "off" days, Just got a rower so it'll be a nice addition to our home workouts.
i've been working out 3-4x a week all year, but my march goal was to move every day in some sort, even if it's just a 10 min guided stretch. and so far so good! i'm also doing a 4 week long core regimen that i'm really liking. we got a peloton last year, and it's been fun branching out to the other classes.
i was good about getting up and doing it in the morning to get my day off to a good start, but i'm a night owl by nature and i've been having a hard time dragging my butt out of bed. i would like to be better about doing it in the am, it's a really good mood booster for me.
