What symptoms are you having? How are you feeling this week? Starting to get full faster. If I eat "too much", which wasn't too much last week, I get acid reflux. Winded after 2 flights of stairs. Lots of kicks and rolls which makes it all worth it.

What symptoms are you having? How are you feeling this week? Still sick on and off and Acid reflux but for the most part pretty well. I need to enjoy second trimester more before I’m into 3rd before I know it
heartburn, gas and constipation are my big symptoms this week. Also some swelling depending on what type of chair I am sitting in and how much water I have had that day.
I’m feeling ok. I’m super tired. Acid reflux comes and goes but much worse when I lay down on my right side. Hip pain is pretty bad by morning but usually goes away once I get out of bed. I think that I’m starting to have occasional BHs.
Mostly good, random pelvic and back pains but nothing overly severe for now. I got some pelvic braces in the mail yesterday, so excited to try them out when I start walking. OB called me back last week about the pelvic pain and gave me a long chat on all the various pains I am or will be feeling and why (the point was to assure me it's all normal, and to tell me what to look for that would actually be concerning). A lot of it I knew, but still was happy she took the time to walk me through it all and put my mind at ease.
Other main thing is anxiety. I get a surge of anxiety any time I buy stuff pregnancy/baby-related, and this week I bought more than I ever have (stroller, braces, some maternity clothes). I asked my husband to hide the stroller box after he hauled it in, which has helped. After my appointment next week I'll think about unboxing and assembling it.
I am on the reflux train as well, but am trying to have smaller, earlier meals for dinner. And I’ve propped my pillows up so I’m elevated somewhat while asleep. Seems to help a bit.
@akoros I hear you on the anxiety thing. I start sweating whenever anyone asks me questions about planning. I used to be a big time planner, and enjoyed my checklists and binders like a true Leslie Knope. But since I’ve gotten pregnant, I’ve lost all motivation and drive to do anything more than trudge from day to day. Hope your anxiety gets better, and glad your husband seems to be able to help by “hiding” some of your triggers from you while you need it. ❤️
@kfc1983 I know, my natural state is to go nuts planning (more of a digital spreadsheets gal). It is getting better, feeling the baby move helps a lot, but I've noticed that each step I take I need to take mental breaks.
I have such bad gas today. But not actually passing the gas it is stuck inside my body and I am in so much pain! I have gone on two walks, done a tiny bit of yoga and drank tons of water. I can hardly move it hurts so bad.
How far along are you? 25+6 What symptoms are you having? How are you feeling this week? Overall, big. It’s like my belly has become something to work around and sitting is sometimes painful because my belly has started pushing into my ribs. And the pelvic pain is back. I think it is because I have been more active. I used my lacrosse balls on my hips last night and it made my back and pelvic muscles feel so much better. I need to do it on a regular basis.
@akoros Sorry planning/baby gear buying is triggering! One mantra that has helped me in the past is telling myself, take the next step when you are ready. I have crazy expectations and very task oriented, but telling myself that helped me realize that it doesn’t matter what timeline I had or anyone else, the only one that mattered is that I was taking the next step when I got to the point I was comfortable to do so, not a second before and not after, but when I was ready.
@klj0228 This has been happening more often with me. I just feel like everything is so squished together inside!
@ramzlau Thank you, and that's great advice. I'm working on not feeling badly about not being super on top of things (that is, as much as I would normally be...I'd probably have this all done already).
23+5 today and ouch my hips. It's keeping me up at night. I don't find sleeping with a pillow between my legs particularly comfortable but it seems to relieve some of the discomfort when I grab one in the middle of the night. I may force myself to start off with one and hopefully I'll get used to it.

@laurad75 I found that I not only needed one between my legs, but another along my back. That allowed me to shift my weight a bit so I wasn't leaning all on one hip (can lie back a little, without being on my back).
@akoros So maybe I will have to break out the pregnancy pillow. I don't like mine and can't help but think it's because it's a random S pillow my H got online. I wonder if I would be happier with something better quality.

@laurad75 I also find that sometimes sleeping on the couch helps me. I guess just a different location hitting different spots helps relieve the pressure.
I've also been struggling with the hip pain and can't seem to find relief. I have a u-shaped pregnancy pillow so support on the back and between the knees but my hips still end up hurting so bad it wakes me up and then I can't fall back asleep. I was considering buying a memory foam pad, maybe it would help with the pressure on my hips. But Most nights both hips hurt regardless of which side I'm laying on which doesn't even seem to make sense! I just don't know what else to do at this point.
@klj0228 I also move to the couch sometimes. I made an awesome nest of pillows last night and finally got a night of great sleep. What's been helping me is putting pillows at my back/belly so I can kind of tilt onto my back- it takes some of the weight off my hip, but I'm not flat on my back either.
How far along are you? 25+3 What symptoms are you having? How are you feeling this week? Like @DoubleUp8, im starting to get full faster. I feel like I can only eat half the portion of food I used to and I stay full for sooo long too. Feeling the backaches and pelvic pain. Im also having bleeding gums when I brush my teeth and bloody nose daily. My hand and fingers have been numb and tingly and that falling asleep feeling when I'm sleeping at night
@akoros I feel ya on the anxiety. I have been buying alot of baby stuff too lately and somedays I have a hard time committing to something and I get anxiety and overwhelmed myself and some days it just consumes me so badly. Hang in there girl!
25 weeks I am run down, just super exhausted even though the kiddos have been sleeping until 6. I’ve been having some insomnia issues that I think is mostly due to anxiety. I’ve been taking unisom the last few nights and that’s helped but it also leaves me groggy 🥴 my midwife just keeps saying my exhaustion is normal for a mother to two who’s pregnant 😅 so that’s great 🤣🤣
26+4 and so many Braxton Hicks today. I took a hot shower and it helped some but they are back again. I know it’s making baby mad because she kicks me during them 😆
I had horrible prodromal labor last time and I really hope this isn’t me easing into it again.
Does anyone know if ringing in the ears is a pregnancy symptom at all?? My ears have been ringing for 3 hours now non stop and it won't stop and its driving me F-ing bonkers!! 😖😩 I've had ear ringing before on and off during my pregnancy a couple times but didn't last this long 😫😭 MAKE IT STOP!!!!!!
@mindyb2019 try sleeping with wrist braces at night. That will help quite a bit. I suffered from the same thing in my first pregnancy that I had to wear them all the time or I'd wake up and one of my fingers would be disjointed because of swelling. 🙃
@Omie_Wise I'm exhausted this time too. I remember it being better by this point with my other two but I don't think it's going away. I can't tell if I'm crazy for looking forward to newborn phase so I feel less exhausted all the time, but pretty sure I'll still be exhausted
I’ve found I just don’t sleep at night. I will toss and turn and take about 4 trips to the bathroom to pee 2mls each time. Then finally fall asleep around 1-2am. I luckily can go back to sleep since MH is at work and DS is at daycare while I’m on bedrest. Silver linings lol
@sgrn18@mc0303 Also not sleeping. I fall asleep just fine but start waking up around 1 or 2. Last night I work up around 3am with what I think was braxton hicks and I couldn't fall back to sleep. I got up a little after 4 and just started my day.

@akoros I’m sorry about the anxiety. I had really bad anxiety during my second pregnancy and I am finding again during this pregnancy. It’s hard but it’s good you are finding your triggers to help and DH is also supportive.
@mindyb2019 I don’t know if ringing in the ears is a pregnancy symptom but how annoying!
for everyone having a hard time sleeping. I find the nights my pregnancy pillow isn’t doing much, laying in a recliner is much more comfortable
