TWW Wednesday 3/3

    Month/Cycle: 2/2

    CD/DPO: 27/14

    Timing: not good enough lol.

    Typical LP length: 13-14

Testing: BFN this AM, as I kinda expected. Just WFAF at this point, should arrive tomorrow. 🤞

R/R: well, I guess since I'm not PG this cycle I can continue to work on my strength training goals for the next month. I've made really good progress recently and I'm so close to hitting some of my targets.

    CS/Q: nope.

@pajamstagrams Sorry to hear about the BFN. Sucks! But... along with your strength training goals, don't forget about getting that massage too!

    Month/Cycle: 14/14

    CD/DPO: 26/5

    Timing: -3, -1, O

Typical LP length: whatever (progesterone + hCG micro-dosing)

Testing: currently testing out the hCG micro-dose; so TBD

R/R: rant/rave -- so, MH got some labs done yesterday, and 3/5 results came back right away: Vit D, Hemoglobin A1C and Cholesterol. Well, it turns out that MH has elevated cholesterol! I've been at him to eat better/exercise FOR-EVER. But, since getting those test results, he'd downloaded Lose It app, and has started tracking his calories! Like, the change in behavior was INSTANT. I admit that I also sent him an article about how high LDL hurts male fertility, so that helped as well. Now, our new RE (TEW) isn't helping my case! Lol. I sent her his test results and she said: "I'm not worried AT all! His HDL is so good, it makes LDL look good too!" Lol... thanks Doc... actually what I was looking for is for you to tell MH that he should exercise and eat better. It's like our very first RE said flat out "him not exercising is not why you're getting pregnant!" Anyway, to make a long story short, I'm super proud of MH for his immediate behavioral changes, which he'll hopefully keep up with.

CS/Q: update for @bows22: @keikilove nailed it... if I un-tick progesterone, dotted CH's turn in to solid ones! Mystery solved! Also chart looks super weird now with those 2 lower temps after the initial bump.

@pajamstagrams sorry about the BFN, but good on you for progress on your goals!

@acleverusername good for YH on taking it seriously and I hope it keeps up. Also glad you figured out the CH thing.

    Month/Cycle: 4/4

    CD/DPO: 33/4

    Timing: O-2

    Typical LP length: 10-11 days

    Testing: in a week

R/R: Still sleeping like crap, hoping to fix it the next couple days as my schedule lightens up. Very frustrated because money is super tight right now, and we have TWO cars with check engine issues that affect their emissions tests, so we HAVE to get them fixed ASAP. Wooooo.

CS/Q: A little concerned about this morning's temp dip but nothing I can do about it, so.

@acleverusername I literally just booked my massage for next weekend 😂

In regards to YH and his new found motivation, yep, that's definitely how MH is too. When he *wants* to make a change, be does! But doesn't really listen to what others have to say.

Also v. interesting on the CH with meds. I manually input my progesterone because I take 2x a day for most of the luteal phase and it helps with my accountability 😂 i just ticked their default progesterone for my last day (day 26) and it went to dotted! No dotted for just the 1st day of dosing (day 15). I wonder why it does that.

@fantasyflyte gosh, you haven't been lucky with your finances recently! First the bad tax deductions, now the car servicing! I hope it gets better for you guys soon! And you're right... you really can't do anything about temp drops!

@pajamstagrams Attagirl! As for FF, in the detailed interpretation, it says: "you have recorded using progesterone supplement in your meds section. This supplement affects your BBTW and may cause a rise not related to your own hormonal profile." So I guess it's basically saying "your temp might have jumped because you're using progesterone and not because you actually ovulated, even though I didn't start progesterone until 3 days after. It must be pretty simple "if > then" logic build into the app. Programmatically speaking, it would be harder to implement this feature taking into account non-progesterone rise (speaking from a software development perspective here.)  Interestingly enough, this must be a new features; I looked back into my past cycles when I used progesterone, and I always had solid CHs in those. 🤷‍♀️

@acleverusername well my husband just spilled a whole glass of water on his laptop so my week's just continuing down the same path! We got it open and it's drying and I pray it's okay.

@acleverusername interesting, makes sense though. Thankfully my PG meds don't seem to affect my BBT too much, as far as I can tell, but I don't actually have a good baseline for progesterone free cycles to compare to. I've been deficient for years and years so it's all I know at this point 😂
