My symptoms seem to be easing up. I am having fewer days where I have debilitating nausea and I have been able to poop every once in awhile. I cannot wait to get out of first tri!

What symptoms are you experiencing this week? The nausea is starting to ease up over here, too, and I'm very grateful. I was having a lot of sciatic pain last week, and that seems to be a little less this week, too, so I'm thinking it was probably not pregnancy-related after all. I'm exhausted off and on. I'm still having plenty of aversions, and my gag reflex starts to get extra sensitive when I'm hungry. Constipation is still hanging around, but it seems to be moving a little more regularly now that I've added back in my daily morning coffee
Holy cannoli, I can’t fight off the exhaustion to save my life.
like 1:00 hits and it starts dragging me down hardcore. If I fight it and don’t nap or lay down by 3:00 I start feeling drunk. Like so so tired.
I have a 6 and 3 year old so naps really aren’t an option. I’m so tired! I try increasing my water intake at lunchtime and make sure I’m not hungry and eat something but still I can barely function.
Symptoms letting up over here too! Finally, I don't wanna jinx it! Nausea still hits around dinner time but not nearly as bad. Exhaustion is still rough and I try to sneak a 20 min nap where I can if possible.
I've been turned off by meat lately, not like me at all. I want carbs and salads with vinaigrette!
@arrowmama sounds silly but an apple around 2 or 3pm really helps me! Gives that little kick of energy to make it through my day.
@arrowmama I second the Apple idea! I have one every afternoon or morning if I feel sluggish and it really does help.
10w3d here. Nausea isn’t as bad but sensitivity to smells is worse so more gagging and I usually end up puking first thing in the morning when a strong smell hits me whether it’s food, the fridge, or my own 💩.
other than that and food aversions I’m pretty tired and have been getting what I think is round ligament pain randomly.
I haven’t even been opening this thread because my symptoms are typically nonexistent. Then I get a random wave and it’s bad. So bad I feel like I need to be hovering above the toilet just in case.
