So, I haven't been drinking coffee for a while because I have been having a lot of issues with smell and taste, but a couple days last week I had a cup, and then both nights I slept terrible. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before?
Get hydrated!! ...I started using supplements like ‘Liquid IV’ or Nuun tablets. I’ve noticed a huge change in my rest since I started using those just a couple weeks ago. Seems counterintuitive, since we all have to pee all the time, lol- but for me, it’s helping a lot. Staying hydrated & walking outside a little every day.
