My other WTF is to our downstairs neighbor (We live in a brownstone that has three apartments. So it's a house, but not a house.) who decided the middle of the night was a good time to smudge his house with cedar and something else I can't identify. So this morning we woke up to a house that smells like tar and voodoo.
