Upcoming Appointments? Monday!

Cravings/Symptoms? Still on a buffalo chicken kick. I had a buffalo chicken salad for lunch and I am making Buffalo Chicken dip for just myself on Superbowl Sunday.

How are you doing? Rants/Raves/Randoms? I was a little sore after our 2.5 miles walk yesterday, but some stretching and kicking my feet up fixed it. I have been getting some things to start setting up the nursery. We plan to start setting up in March, so that's exciting!

Upcoming Appointments? Next Tuesday for anatomy scan 😬

Cravings/Symptoms? Not much, really. Some minor RLP here and there, but have felt worse. Trying to be more active, so took a long walk today since it's so nice out. Of course, bought cannoli on the way home

How are you doing? Rants/Raves/Randoms? Not bad, considering. Still anxious about next week, but not quite as bad as earlier this week. Booked a beach house for a week in September, which I'm excited about, so focusing on that

How far along are you? 22+2

Upcoming Appointments? Not until March, then will schedule second anatomy scan and do glucose test.

Cravings/Symptoms? Some days I am so hungry now! I was doing pretty good eating “normal” but every once in awhile now I am ravenous. Not really craving anything specific expect a good cocktail.

How are you doing? Rants/Raves/Randoms? DD turned 3 on Friday! So that has been our life the past week. I am marking the passing time by holidays/birthdays. We are down to just having a handful left before baby boy is here!

@akoros Beach house sounds so amazing right now! Definitely something to look forward too!

@DoubleUp8 Yay for setting up nursery! We got ours painted this week, and the crib arrived! Can’t wait to start moving things in!

Upcoming Appointments? Friday for another fetal echo

Cravings/Symptoms? Feeling fine, still tired. Night insomnia is in full swing, but I've also had a lot of anxiety this week which also keeps me awake.

How are you doing? Rants/Raves/Randoms? Mentally not so good- I had like a full two days of anxiety Fri/Sat. We've gotten like 28 inches of snow in the past week, with more in the forecast, which is not helping. DH has some work stress going on over here so we are all a mess lol ahhh. I think I've reached the end of my rope with covid, isolation, distance teaching, etc. Really hoping for steps towards normalcy in the next months.

How far along are you? 20+2
Upcoming Appointments? Feb. 22nd
Cravings/Symptoms? Had a really intense craving for half baked ice cream yesterday, and so MH got me some. Aside from that no major cravings. I've been getting low BP and therefore really lightheaded which has kind of sucked to deal with.
How are you doing? Rants/Raves/Randoms? I'm doing alright! Getting caught up with school and starting to gather research for a term paper that's due in 4 weeks. I've found myself getting REALLY heated about certain topics we've been talking about in classes and I don't know if it's just my hormones making me insanely passionate about these things or if I'd normally just cope with wine lmao. Guess I'll never know. I'm allowing myself to breathe a bit more and slowly get things ready for this LO. Going to hopefully start sorting through the stuff we have from my older two sometime this week. So far trauma brain has been okay with it. We'll see how I do once I actually start getting stuff out.

How far along are you? 22 weeks today. Cant believe how fast this is going by.

Upcoming Appointments? I have another colposcopy appt on Feb 12th at the hospital for my 2nd trimester check for my cervix. I hope all is well.

Cravings/Symptoms? Lately been wanting salmon alot and still omlettes. Symptoms i have been having are some RLP here and there and pain in my lower abdomen or pelvic pain, slight backpain and some headaches and lightheadedness once in a while. Oh and my uterus has started to feel heavy. I guess it could be worse so im doing alright 👍 🙂

How are you doing? Rants/Raves/Randoms? Im doing ok for a pregnant lady 😆 Not looking forward to another colposcopy. Ughh this will be my 4th one and im SOOOO over them lol there uncomfortable and don't feel good and I have to have one in every trimester and after birth as well. I hope all is well in there with no issues.

@mindyb2019 Keep us posted with your next colposcopy! Fingers crossed all is still well!! I agree with it being crazy how fast this is going by. Even those of us at the end of the month are hitting halfway within the next week.

@ashaislurking thanks, I just think we're both just over everything. I was saying the DH I feel like jack torrance at the overlook with all the snow/isolation. Ds2 went back to daycare today (he's been home for a week and a half bc the snow) so that was helpful. We have him enrolled part time right now but will probably go back to full time soon which will be a step towards normalcy.

@_orchid_ I'm sorry insomnia and anxiety are getting to you. I hear you on the isolation. It's so hard not seeing people you are close to on a regular basis. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

@ashaislurking I'm glad trauma brain has been under control. I hope you enjoy sorting through things from your older two.

@mindyb2019 I hope your colposcopy goes well on Friday. Come on super cervix! Omelets and salmon are both really good things to be craving. Better than craving junk food!

All looking good! (phew) No indications that anything is amiss, no soft markers, and cervix is still nice and long. Measuring a little small (they said 30th percentile, ~2 days behind), but nothing they were concerned about. Major relief. Took forever, though, as she was having a little party in there.
