How to get ticker to work in signature

First of all, getting to the signature portion to even add one was ridiculous. I had to search how to do it and click on a link that took me there...why is it not somewhere in the profile???

I've tried multiple ticker codes and can't get it to work! What am I doing wrong?!

I'm not an expert on this, but I had issues as well. What worked for me was in the signature set-up, toggling to the HTML view and pasting the code into there, instead of pasting it in the regular view. It's the last button on the row that looks like this: </> . Hope that helps you! I also used the first code they generated.

cjs260 I read the guidelines, and when I clicked on the 'I want a ticker in my signature' link it just took me to The Bumps ticker generator page, no instructions.

I see the issue on the guideline page, it needs more information. @cjs260 feel free to add the instructions on there if you feel this is clear enough!

How to add a ticker to your signature on the computer

Go here: https://global.thebump.com/ and select one of the pregnancy ticker options. Choose your background and marker. Insert your expecting date. Generate ticker code. Copy the HTML Code.

On separate page, go to your BMB page. On the top right corner, click on the far right button that looks like a person's head and click on Preferences. On the left hand side, click on Signature Settings. Above the text box, click on the far right button, Toggle HTML view. Paste the HTML Code in the text box and hit save.

I can't find the signature setting. I primarily use my iPhone but can hop on my Mac if need be. I don't see any tickers being used when looking at the boards on my phone so I guess it's a little sucky all around.
