I'm one of those obnoxious people who loves being pregnant, especially in 3rd tri. Labor was whatever. Induction was awful! But right after I gave birth I felt like I could conquer the world. That feeling was amazing and I'm looking forward to doing it again.
@cait32 I loved labor and delivery as well. I was lucky to be able to do it following my birth plan, unmedicated using the Bradley Method. As I was being rolled into the new mom room with our newborn, I said to my husband that I definitely wanted to do that again. I felt so powerful and badass. 😂
I liked being pregnant from 15w (first kicks) to 34-35w, after which I couldn’t sleep or wear clothes or fit food in my stomach.
There are some things I like about being pregnant. I feel like I can wear whatever I want without trying to hide my stomach fat - that’s awesome 😆 and feeling kicks and movement, people being so excited for you, strangers saying something nice, etc.
But otherwise, being pregnant is the worst 😂 With both of my kids I had absolutely awful sickness, insomnia, back pain, terrible carpal tunnel where I had to sleep with arm braces on, with my first I snored so loudly DH had to sleep in the other room for like 5 months 😆, my belly was freaking ginormous both times, even with my second when I only gained 15 pounds, and with my first I was in the hospital 8 times in my last 2 months of pregnancy with high blood pressure issues. UGH!
My first I was induced and then 30 hours later has to have a csection. And then my RCS was like the scariest moment of my life. I’m not sure what it was, because my first csection I was like spitting positive affirmations and so optimistic and clear headed and focused. And then my second, walking into that OR and laying myself down on the table, it was terrifying. And obviously recovery is hard. I had a pretty good recovery and even that was hard.
All that to say - I don’t like being pregnant or giving birth! HA!

@kitandcat I was also induced with my first and ended up delivering via c-section 34 hours later.
