  • @jackie_dunny nice job on the weight loss! Fantastic accomplishment!

    Month/Cycle: 44/3 AL

    CD: 17

WAYDTGKU: temping, OPKs, GF and DF diet, supplements

R/R: TGIF! Today is day 30 of yoga. The last day in the series! I need to check with my friend what we're doing next. I think she had another series of videos in mind to keep going every day. It's been fun, even though my balance sucks lol. That's probably my worst ability in it.

CS/Q: I'm not entirely convinced I O'ed yesterday even with my temp bump of 0.4 degrees so I'm going to hang around here today. I had twinges on my left side yesterday, but still feel it a little today and OPK was still positive. That shouldn't matter though right? Ovulation is within 24-48 hours after the first positive?

@jackie_dunny that’s awesome about the 10.1 lbs! Congrats. Now tell me your secret 😂...I need to do the same.

@inthewoods23 30 days of yoga is impressive! 👏 will you continue with the yoga or move to the next challenge?

    Month/Cycle: 7/1AL

    CD: 17

    WAYDTGKU: OPKs

R/R: it’s Friday! And super bowl weekend!

CS/Q: I also still had a positive OPK this morning so hanging around as well. FF put my O today (strictly off OPKs) so might try to DTD again today or tonight because I’m so annoyed with my timing this time around! (but I also always get like thinking I could have done better haha)

    Edited for spacing

  • Month/Cycle: 3/3

    WAYDTGKU: HIO (SMEP), OPKs, BBT

R/R: Rave: It's a beautiful sunny day out! Excited to have some sun considering we're literally buried in snow. New washer arrives today and also some pieces of our Ashley Furniture we ordered in September! TGIF ladies!

CS/Q: I think my cycle is off after CP last month. Tomorrow should be O day according to FF and my OPKs are still pretty faint. Got a +OPK on CD13 last month. Still HIO in case haha.

  • @sienna221 yes. I'm not sure if we're going to do another one of the 30 days of yoga series or something else. We didn't DTD yesterday since DH wasn't feeling well. At first I was bummed about it missing so close to O, but since my first positive was so late in the day on Wednesday I figured my earliest ovulation would have been late yesterday so we should be fine getting one more in today.

@misspricklepants yay for furniture and your washer! So many new and exciting things! We ended up getting a lot less snow than I was expecting yesterday. Maybe 3-4" for us? Still makes plenty so shovel off the driveway.

  • @sienna221 I follow SkinnyTaste and I workout on the ringfit! Honestly, I recommend skinny taste to everyone! She posts free weight loss/healthy meal plans each week and the recipes are easy, healthy, and so yummy (and she does the shopping list for you). And they’re ww friendly, she even does the points for you! Can’t recommend her enough. She has cookbooks as well yet still posts tons of recipes for free and if you follow her on Instagram, she’s constantly sharing new recipes and cooking tips. All free! Love her lol

@misspricklepants yay for sunshine! I love sunny days when there’s snow on the ground. It’s so pretty. Don’t like driving in it though because it’s blinding lol bet you’re so excited about the furniture arriving!

  • @jackie_dunny I LOVE Skinny Taste! I also love Flav City, Bobby Parrish is super educational and fun to watch!

  • @jackie_dunny @misspricklepants ooo, I’m going to check out skinny taste and the others mentioned! I try to go by “whole 30” guidelines for 90% of my eating. I think that other 10% (alcohol, sweets and dairy (cheese really)) just really snuck up on me over the end of 2020. I like Defined Dish...she has both Whole 30 recipes and regular recipes. Also, if you’re into a cocktail...her Clayton Margarita is 😋
  • **lurking**

+1 for skinnytaste! I’ve been following her for years and love her! And she has recipes for every diet plan which is great too
