What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? Weight loss and working on my posture which is horrendous, always has been
How's everything going? Really good. I lost 1.4lbs last week after not losing much the week before and now I’ve lost 9.4lbs total since the new year so I’m pleased with myself! As for posture, I’ve been much more mindful of it. Particularly on our walks. I also tend to look at the ground when I walk so I’ve been working on keeping my head up as well
What has you motivated or struggling this week? The progress I made last week. Makes me want to keep going!
What's a “win” that you have from last week? Worked out everyday (even if it was just a long walk) and stuck to eating right! Yay!
