R/R: We are supposed to get a boatload of snow starting around 12. Have an early release at work today but we don’t get out until 12:30 and I have to drive into the storm to get home (I work 45 min away with no traffic) so I’m a little worried about getting home. Hopefully it’s not too bad by the time I get out!

CS/Q: one of clearest temp shifts I’ve ever had!

@fameonmain2 be careful! I hope you get home before it gets too crazy. Do you live in an area where people know to drive in snow? I’m usually more concerned about the other people than I am about the actual snow!

R/R: Monday! I got up and exercised this morning and then also took care of shoveling our driveway so that DH doesn’t have to do it when he gets home. That felt like another workout so I’m feeling pretty good today! Honestly exercise has never felt this good for me but I think all of the working from home/not walking around has been weighing on my body without me even realizing it. It was an added bonus that our dog could get outside and run around while I was doing it. He goes to dog daycare on Tuesdays and Thursdays to blow off steam so by Monday he’s pretty antsy especially if we have a lazy weekend. Now he isn’t driving me crazy for once!

@fameonmain2 FX that the worst of the snow holds of until you're home safe and sound. That temp shift is gorgeous!

Testing: 2/7 at 11DPO (I bought FRERs for the first time!)

R/R: I didn't get as much cleaning as I wanted to this this weekend, but that's OK because I got to enjoy a bit of the beautiful whether we had plus also relaxed and got some reading in! (I've got 3 library books checked out right now, and need to get through all of them in the next 18 days! The pressure!) I'm currently reading The Golden Compass, the first of Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials trilogy. I already watched Season 1 and 2 (which map to books 1 & 2), and liked it so much, I wanted to go back and read the books. I'll rewatch the series after as it was a bit complicated to get into at first and I'm sure I missed some nuances.

CS/Q: Fun story, so I use Oura ring (which I wear on my index finger) to track my sleep and yesterday morning, I woke up and it told me my temp had jumped 1.4 degrees Celcius (that's 2.5 degree F)! I was like... OMG, do I have a fever / COVID? I then took my temp and it was fine (and I was also feeling fine). Then I realized that I must have had my hand on my heating pad throughout the night!

@bows22 Haha! We cross-posted! (I always do a refresh after I post to see if I missed anything!) It sounds like had a great start to your week! I'm honestly inspired by your drive to exercise in the morning. I need to do that as well. I was kinda thinking I might go for a job this morning, but I failed and read my book instead.

@bows22 haha, yes I’m in New England so most people know how to drive in the snow. Luckily it was lighter where I work than where I live so the ride home was more rainy than snowy! Now I’m tucked under a blanket procrastinating the last tiny pile of grading I have to do....anyways, I am very impressed with your fitness activities! Maybe some of your energy will rub off on me one of these days...

@acleverusername so jealous of all your reading! Who needs a clean house when you have a good book?! And that’s funny about the heating pad messing with your temp! Whenever I have mine on the cat tries to steal it away from me...
