What are your health/wellness goals throughout your pregnancy? I want to incorporate some more strength-based movement into my "workout" - so far I've just been walking and doing some light stretching which is great but can't help but feel it's not preparing me for the hours and hours of holding baby/also chasing around a heavy toddler
What wins (big or small) have you accomplished this week? I did one barre class this week that included 5lb weights and a resistance band so pretty proud LOL but it kicked my butt.
What challenges are you facing this week? Just general lack of motivation - also I subscribed to this prenatal video app called Luna but then realized that it was going to charge me in American dollars so I am still on the hunt now for something similar that is Canadian.

What are your health/wellness goals throughout your pregnancy? I want to go get back into yoga and maybe spinning now that I have some energy back. My H was on parental leave from the beginning of March to June and I got into such good shape but then life hit with us both at work and then first tri and I haven’t done much since.
What wins (big or small) have you accomplished this week? I did my first prenatal yoga practice today and although I was much tighter than I expected, it made me feel very hopeful.
What challenges are you facing this week? Carving out time between work and parenting for myself, forever my issue. After I’m done with those two, even on a good day I have minimal energy. But today I prioritized yoga and it doesn’t take match to make me feel better.

What are your health/wellness goals throughout your pregnancy? Strengthening, flexibility, and general cardio exercises so that I can hopefully (if I don't change my mind lol) have another non-medicated birth. Also would help immensely to be fit/strong for the post-partum days.
What wins (big or small) have you accomplished this week? Thanks to this thread I finally did a daily 15 workout from MommaStrong (I signed up like 2 months ago...
What challenges are you facing this week? Getting started in general. That's always the biggest hurdle for me.
