Early UO: I don’t mind any part of doing laundry. Every Sunday I wash all of the dirty clothes in the house, fold and put away (DH puts his own away though!)
I’m with @bows22 I don’t mind doing laundry as long as I can pair the folding with catching up on my favorite tv shows. But I tend to push it off until I’m out of workout clothes (we own way too many clothes)... to the point last week when it looked like our hamper had become a clothing waterfall 😂
I'm terrible about laundry. I've got enough clothes to last me a while so I do it like every 2-3 weeks. Whenever I mention I'm going to do the laundry, my husband goes "I'll get the dynamite!" I don't think it would be so bad if we had an in unit washer dryer, but I've got to run the baskets upstairs in our building.
I love that the random meme has turned into a full-on convo about our laundry habits.😄 Not my intention, but I’ll join in: I currently can’t see the floor of my closet because of all the unfolded clothes that haven’t been put away. I missed the peggy because I wasn't on TB yesterday... but anyone else irritated by the "closed due to a shift in topic" rather than "closed because it is against the TOU to ask if you're PG" or "Closed because OP was a twatwaffle?"
I don't even have a functioning washing machine at this point, but for the ladies who know my dilemma... the washing new washing machine I didn't even want DIDN'T FIT in my laundry room! So, waited on hold and talked to Sears people for a total of 4 hours this weekend. Decided on an entirely new set. Annoying situation, but at least I can eventually go back to sorting, washing, drying and then letting my clothes sit in baskets unfolded.
@misspricklepants ughhhh. Were you able to get any credit applied? SO frustrating! Many years ago my parents had a similar issue with a Sears replacement (oven)... long story short my mother put seriously work in and spent hours upon hours with customer service -- they ended up getting a replacement for the issue and another free oven out of it (there's a lot more to the story including sending and installing a propane-powered oven instead of a gas-powered one). Anyways, 4 hours on the phone with customer service sounds horrible. Sorry you're dealing with that.
@fameonmain2 dang, score! Yes, we did get a $990 credit, which of course didn't even cover the difference for the new washer. However, with the 2nd replacement I just ordered they covered the difference so that was a nice surprise!
One of the pedals on my pelo-hack broke as I was riding today. I ripped my Lululemon leggings (of course I wasn't wearing a cheap pair), have a huge cut on the back of my thigh, and scared the hell out of myself. Expecting to have a nasty bruise tomorrow. The kicker? I can't find any manufacturer information on the installation instructions that I kept *just in case*. And nothing online for this company (it seems they outsource the pedals but I can find no information on who they outsource them to). Think I can I convince DH that I need a real Peloton now?

@keikilove the pedal broke from the inside of its casing (idk if that's the right word but I'm going with it) so there was a sharp semi-pointed edge left on the crank as I semi-fell down and that scratched the back of my leg. Looking back on it I'm actually pretty lucky that it wasn't worse, it could've gouged my leg.
Very unfortunately have to report that as I researched new pedals I realized that the pedals I have are not recommended for indoor spin bikes - apparently they're not strong enough? They're meant for outdoor mountain bikes. So it's looking like this whole fiasco is my fault. Now I'm just thankful I didn't hurt myself badly considering my idiocy. *sigh*
