  • What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? Making sure I exercise 5 days this week. 

    How's everything going? Well. I’m actually exhausted after getting poor sleep 4 nights in a row. But I’m proud of myself that I dragged myself out yesterday & exercised for 30+ minutes and hit my 10,000 steps per day. 

    What has you motivated or struggling this week? Kicking the week off right yesterday is motivating me to keep going. The feeling of being tired & lazy has me struggling but I’m going to push through it. (And maybe also take a nap.😀) 

    What's a “win” that you have from last week? I got almost 70,000 steps in last week and hit my goal of being active 4 days out of last week. I also lost 1.5 pounds so that is pushing me to stay on track.

  • @keikilove I remember the days of trying to get thousands of steps. Now I sit on my ass all day :D

    What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? yoga every day

    How's everything going? Day 6 completed yesterday! It was titled Burn. My poor abs lol

    What has you motivated or struggling this week? I have my yoga buddy. It was actually her idea to do the 30 days of yoga from Yoga with Adriene and said she does better when she has someone else to hold her accountable. Not struggling with getting each practice done, but I'm struggling with having good form at the speed some of these videos are going.

    What's a “win” that you have from last week? My win is just getting started and going gung-ho with it! I'm super thankful for the thick mat I got for Christmas so the extra padding has been great for my wrists

    FET #2 | 3.31.20 | Opted to cancelled due to pandemic, continued diet and tried naturally over the summer
    2nd Opinion with another RE | 8.20.20 | Not immune to measles (received 1 dose); SA results similar to 2 years ago; decided to move forward with FET #2 redo at start of next cycle
    Surprise natural BFP! | 9.22.20 | MC 10.23.20 at 8 weeks
    TTCAL naturally | starting 11.22.20

    Initial consultation with Reproductive Immunologist | 9.14.21
    Decidualization score biopsy | 10.1.21 | abnormal - low score of 1; endometrial scratch recommended and progesterone supplementation
    Saline sono | 10.15.21 | normal
    Bloodwork | 10.21.21 high TSH, high testosterone, positive for anti-nuclear antibodies and histone antibodies, high protein S, multiple genetic mutations
    BFP! | 11.3.21 | EDD 7.14.22 B) | biopsy provided same effect as endometrial scratch; added supplemental progesterone and estrogen, prednisone, levothyroxine, and MTX Support to maintain pregnancy
    DS born 7.19.22 after induction


    TTC #2 begins 6.2023
    Consultation with RI | 6.6.23
    Saline sono, endometritis biopsy, skin & eye check | all normal
    Labs | high TSH, Factor XIII mutation, high %CD56
    Follow up | 8.8.23 | prescribed metformin, prednisone, plaquenil, and levothyroxine
    Repeat labs after 3 weeks on meds
    Follow up | 11.9.23 | Green light!, increase in prednisone, added lovenox
    Repeat labs in 8 weeks
    Follow up | 1.16.24 | Green light continues
    TTC ended due to filing divorce

    @inthewoods23 I'm impressed with your yoga practice. I have to be really in the mood for yoga to actually take a class, so it's not too often.

    What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? Well it's Thursday, so at this point I'm just trying to avoid the bad spell I had at the beginning of the week (I'll save my dinner choices from those days for FFFC).

    How's everything going? OK. I got back on the bike yesterday and took a long walk with the dog so that felt good. Hoping to continue that today.

    What has you motivated or struggling this week? AF and a new cycle always mess with my psyche. I should use exercise as an outlet, but clearly I need to work on that.

    What's a “win” that you have from last week? I tripled my move and exercise goals on my apple watch at least 3x last week. That was awesome!
