    WAYDTGKU: BBT, tracking CM

R/R: Woke up at 5:30 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep so I just starting getting some things done around the house. Our tree is almost ready to come down and I've been taking down some of our other decorations but DH went for a hike with a friend this morning and so I'm enjoying the house to myself :) Not too much going on this weekend except working on grad school stuff and cleaning! Happy to report that my resolution to leave work at work has been going really well, I am totally planned for Monday so if I choose to do anything this weekend it will just be getting ahead on grading, which I won't mind doing since it's not imminent. Feels good! Hopefully I'll be able to keep up with this resolution long-term.

GTKY: Best show you’ve binge-watched during the pandemic? Definitely The Queen's Gambit, Schitt's Creek, and Bridgerton. DH and I like Shameless too but he's outside working on the yard until late most weekends and I like to go to bed early and so we are still stuck on season 3 haha. I watched a few others that I liked but were not great pieces of drama by any means (Tiny Pretty Things and Virgin River) and currently have Dawson's Creek on as my background to organizing/cleaning. Let's just say it's cringe-y and did not age super well. Just realized how much I wrote here, I love TV lol

    CS/Q: nothing to see

    WAYDTGKU: opks, bbt, cm, cinnamon

R/R: my cinnamon capsules came today, so i can actually get it in me without eating nothing but cinnamon (dr wanted me to drink cinnamon tea to help regulate ovulation, but i can't atand the taste of the tea even though i love cinnamon). It's bee a long week. I'm looking forward to getting home from work this afternoon and cross stitching all day. Hoping to start a new project but that depends on the fabrics we have in stock at work today.

GTKY: Best show you’ve binge-watched during the pandemic? Honestly don't really watch tv. But we just got discovery+, which includes the science Channel, so we'll be watching a lot of that. Thru the pandemic I've been watching a lot of youtube amd Twitch streamers.

CS/Q: on mobile so chart is too finicky to post and i probably won't remember to edit it in later but theres not much to see anyway. Temps still higher than i expect this time of my cycle, but my sleep has also been all over the place so that's probably it.

@fameonmain2 yay for getting stuff done! It's always nice to start the weekend feeling accomplished.

  • Month/Cycle: 13/1 AL #2

    CD: 14

    WAYDTGKU: BBT, OPKs

R/R: Got my second dose of the COVID vaccine yesterday and I am definitely having a strong immune response. Not true fever, but my temp this morning was 99.35 which is definitely up there. Feeling achy and tired and I didn’t sleep well. Still managed to get some timing in though! If this reaction doesn’t delay ovulation it would most likely be tomorrow. I have definitely officially reached the stage of TTC where it was worth it.

GTKY: Best show you’ve binge-watched during the pandemic? “Victoria” on Amazon Prime and “Lost in Space” on Netflix come to mind. I’m sure there were many more. I watch way too much TV.

CS/Q: temp this morning will definitely throw things off, so that is annoying

@fameonmain2 I’m loving the productivity! I need to get much better at leaving work at work, I’m jealous of you.

@fantasyflyte I love that you are hoping to have a crafting day! If I start feeling better that is my plan.

  • @fameonmain2 Ooh enjoy the empty house!

@fantasyflyte enjoy your crafting time after work.  That is my favorite way to unwind!

@fitzfizz Hope you start feeling better today!  Did you get the Pfizer or Moderna? (sorry if I missed your mention of it).  DH got the Pfizer dose #2 this week and felt a similar way.  My dose #2 of the Moderna is on the 19th, right before I should O so I'm hoping that doesn't screw up this cycle.

    Month/Cycle: 12/12

    CD: 9

    WAYDTGKU: PNV, OPK, Coq10, DHEA

R/R: Finally took down allll the Christmas decorations this morning.  I usually do it NYD but I was bummed about CD1 and the weekend got away from me!  Love how clean my house looks when it's all done!  Today I am planning to blow through my to-do list as much as I can, crash hard tonight, and then tomorrow I can chill a little more.

GTKY: Best show you’ve binge-watched during the pandemic?  The Queen's Gambit, hands down.  Also enjoyed Bridgerton, The Undoing, the Home Edit and Cobra Kai.

CS/Q:  My RE gave me doxycycline for 3 days and told me to take some ibuprofen before the HSG this week.  I'm thinking it shouldn't be too bad but I've heard mixed things.  Any other advice or tips?

  • @fameonmain2 those 3 shows you listed are at the top of my list to start. I'm doing Bridgerton first because I love victorian romances and love Shonda Rhymes

@quiltandknit congrats on being productive with taking down your decorations. Mine are taunting me all around as I sit here on the couch with a movie instead lol

@fitzfizz too bad that you're feeling some reactions but you're a champ for still HIO, that timing will be great if you I tomorrow

@fantasyflyte which streamers and types of games do you watch on Twitch?

    Month/Cycle: 2/1

    CD: 21

    WAYDTGKU: temping, prenatals, OPKs

R/R: my OPKs are getting darker, hopefully I'll get a surge in the next day or two (that would fit with the prediction on my tracking app

GTKY: Best show you’ve binge-watched during the pandemic? The Boys and Umbrella Academy (they're similar and so so good)

    CS/Q:

  • @fantasyflyte Were you able to start a new project? I wish I had more patience for crafts -- I always get started on something crafty and then never finish...

@fitzfizz I hope you're feeling better today! I'm adding Victoria to my list - I love that sort of historical fiction (hence my love for Bridgerton).

@quiltandknit I took down our Christmas decorations yesterday, too. I always hit a point when it's like "if I have to look at this garland for one more hour..." Anyways, hope you were able to knock everything off your to-do list yesterday and have time to relax today. Wasn't The Queen's Gambit sooooo good?

@marbellie ooo I can't wait to hear what you think about Bridgerton! I'm also a fan of both of those things. FX you get your positive OPK soon!
  • @quiltandknit I got Pfizer, and can say that I felt crummy for about 8 hours yesterday, but never had actual fever (tmax 99.9) and I was feeling totally better by last night. I’m impressed by you getting all your undecorating done! I’m still working on mine haha

@marbellie My OPKs are getting darker too, but still not quite there. Also I second Umbrella Academy! Quite good.

@fameonmain2 I love historical fiction in general, but the Victorian and Elizabethan ages are my favorite. I’m working on Bridgerton now but I’m trying to ration it for myself so I haven’t binged yet. Victoria is great. TW if it matters for you:

It should be evident if you know history, but she gets pregnant a lot. She has a bunch of kids. If you are having a bad day, just be aware of that.

  • Month/Cycle: 5/4

    CD: 12

WAYDTGKU: Prenatals, tracking on Flo app

R/R: I work in news so this past week was...quite stressful professionally, not to mention just as a human being. I was happy for a more low-key weekend, but it's back to work (from my dining room table) tomorrow. I also finally went to the dentist for a nagging tooth pain I've had for months (I was reluctant to have someone poking around my mouth during a pandemic) and he gave me a strong round of antibiotics. My mother seems very concerned it can tamper with my getting pregnant but everything I've consulted says it's fine.

GTKY: Best show you’ve binge-watched during the pandemic? I love classic, older shows so at the beginning of the pandemic my husband and I watched "Frasier" from the beginning. (He also binged "The Queen's Gambit" and enjoyed it.) Now we're doing "Parenthood" (one of his faves that I've never seen) and I really like it. I also did a "Sex and the City" rewatch.
