Random, but my washing machine is a TW. It is supposed to save the environment by using less water, but it is so ineffective (leaves whitish dried detergent spots on my black pants!) that I end up running each load, then doing a “deep water soak” and another “rinse, drain, spin” cycle. In total I am sure that it uses way more water than just a regular washing machine, and it drives me nuts. I also can’t even replace it because it was new when we got the house 3 years ago, and everything else being sold is also listed as trying to conserve water. I have no faith that anything else would be better. So, yeah, my washing machine is a twatwaffle.
@fitzfizz ugh! My mom advised me not to get an energy efficient one because she thought that it "didn't wash clothes well" and your washing machine is making me so glad I listened to her!

Mine today is people who say "I can meet at anytime today" and then don't answer your scheduling e-mail for another 3 hours... guess "anytime" wasn't actually the case
@fitzfizz DH gets that on his clothes as well with our washer. We use a powder detergent and it's likely he was using too much when he did his loads of laundry because I never had that issue with my clothes. I wonder if one of those deodorant remover sponges could help with removing the detergent residue?
@fameonmain2 gotta love those people. At my work we'll have our sales people come to us acting like something is hot and in immediate need of our response. They'll take a day to get back to us on a simple question that we need answered in order actually help out the customer. So annoying.
I feel like I had a TW this morning and now I can't remember. Typical haha.

My work cell phone is my TW today! Apparently me and one other VP are the only ones left on their Verizon corporate account and they forgot to pay the bill so our phones got shut off! I couldn't call into any of my meetings this morning (not that bad actually) and now I have to call Verizon to have my number switched from a corporate account to a personal account and then submit for reimbursement. I am trying to figure out how I can get a new phone out of all of this because when I started here my personal phone was an iPhone 7 which was paid off and I was just about to upgrade and then I went on the company plan and they gave me an iPhone 8 now almost two years later there isn't anything wrong with my phone that I can complain about to get a new one. Maybe after the excitement of this plan thing wears off I will claim my battery wont hold a charge and try to finagle an upgrade.

@krash_ I 100% think you should go with claiming it doesn't hold a charge. It's the least they can do for you, after all. Also really milk how upset you are that you HAD to miss your working meetings today and get something out of that, I think.
@krash_ I’m super amused reading that your iPhone 7 was your old model in need of upgrade. I guess I forgot how old my phone was, but today at work my coworker was talking about how kids are spoiled and she just had to get her 11 year old the newest iPhone 12 mini, and I realized I am still using a 7. This is probably why my battery is crap and apps randomly die all the time. But I’m scared of change!
