GTKY Tuesday 12/29- Never Have I Ever

The only bone I ever broke was my 5th metatarsal (small bone in my foot) which I fractured literally walking off of a curb on a dry, sunny afternoon. It was my first week of intern year and I was in a boot for the first two months of that year. A nurse once had to wheel me to a code in a spare wheelchair.

I used to work 36 hour shifts every 4th day, so I have stayed awake for 24 hours more times than I can count.

I have definitely lied about my age to patients rude enough to ask.

I’m counting it as being on TV that I was in the background of a local furniture store commercial.

I’m not sure if it counts as cheating on a test, but I definitely used to let friends cheat off of me in high school. I never cheated off anyone else as I was far to arrogant to think someone else knew more than me haha

I've never met my idol but I don't really think I have one.

I had fake ID's in college so lying about my age is a given.

I never physically cheated on someone but I started talking to and had basically a texting affair with MH before we started dating while I was with my boyfriend before him.

I got lost once when I was in high school in France, trying to make it back to my hotel. Luckily I had a couple other girls with me. Looking back on it, it probably wasn't the safest to be wandering aimlessly around the streets of Nice at that age. The movie Taken hadn't come out yet, otherwise my mom would have had a cow lol.

My first BF in high school used to have a motorcycle. We used to ride around on that thing all the time. I thought I was so cool lol. MH just told me the other day that he wants to get one... I hope to god that desire passes! (when did I get so old!?)

I guess I’ve really lived 😜 On second thought, I’m pretty sure I actually have lied in a job interview in my youth: it was for a nanny job where they wanted me to also do dishes and vacuum their entire mansion. All smiley, I said, “Sure, no problem, I love cleaning!” When really I was thinking, “Are you f***ing kidding me?!” I’ve also been on TV several times for work (boring) and back in college for MTV’s Spring Break (fun!) 😆

Goddam spoiler wouldn’t let me add stuff! Lol @keikilove... at your MTV spring break being fun. Also, like you, I lived quite a bit. Alas, all of my TV appearances have been of the professional variety. Actually... now that I think about it... I made have made it on a “bar TV show” doing something that not professional. Ah, my youthful days... they were fun... 🤪

Late to the game but wanted to join in on the fun!
@krash_ one of my cheating story is very similar. I was dating someone when I met my husband. Lots of texting and late night phone calls before I broke it off with the bf. My other cheating story was because DH needed a break because he didn’t like that I wanted him to not go downtown to the bars underage as much as he was (every weekend). So we “went on a break” and I drowned my sorrows in a booty call. 🤣🙈 I’m not proud, but he knows about it and wasn’t upset.

I only used the fake id once, and I went to high school with the bouncer. Damn near got caught and kicked out. Only time I have ever been drunk, or used a fake, or lied about my age!

@chindimples04 I’ve been rewatching all of friends and tour “on a break story” reminds me of Ross and Rachel’s “WE WERE ON A BREAK!” I’m glad YH was okay with tour booty call since a break is a break is a break. Right?!
