This is the end of the journey for me folks. Started cramping and bleeding tonight. Will call the dr in the morning but I’m pretty sure it’s a loss.

The cramping and bleeding have stopped. They're sending me for bloodwork and maybe an early ultrasound to see if was a miscarriage. The cramping was minimal and didn't last very long. I'm still spotting brown but I spotted like this with my daughter the entire first trimester.. so I guess it's possible. I'm getting my second blood draw today so I should have more information tomorrow!

So I heard from the nurse, and my beta from yesterday (6w1d) was 45,000 - so they're moving my ultrasound is being moved to Monday the 21st to see what is going on in there. Just been brown spotting since the red blood so I guess we'll see!

Was lurking the board - that is good to hear @ladyk127 Hoping for a positive result for you at the ultrasound. I had something similar happen to me last week after my first ultrasound at 6 weeks 4 days and was quite a lot of red bleeding. Since I had gone through IVF my clinic was able to get me in for a scan the following day at 7 weeks 1 day. The ultrasound was normal, baby was fine and BPM was good. I am keeping fingers crossed it is the same for you. I am still having a bit of brown spotting a week later and they could not find any cause on the ultrasound and indicated it may be due to the progesterone suppersotires I have been taking.

@Imajin99 I had a lot of spotting with my daughter but it was always brown, never red, which is why I assumed the worst. I'm still spotting brown every day (just like with my daughter) I have my ultrasound today at 11 so we will see!! Thanks for thinking of me everyone!

Christmas miracle! One little bean - 144BPM. Got to see the heart flickering away. Still spotting but everything is measuring on time and looks normal. Hopefully good news from here on out but for now, I'm back!
