What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? Eating well. Which honestly I did not do that well today but tomorrow is a new day.
How's everything going? Good. I have been getting lots of spin workouts in and have even been able to get some long walks with the dog in on my days off.
What has you motivated or struggling this week? Vacation in 2 days! I need it!!
What's a “win” that you have from last week? 7-day streak on the Peloton app - now I'm motivated to keep that up!!
