Dx: low morph (1%), ANA positive, low decidualization score, high TSH and testosterone, histone antibodies

IUI #1-3 | all BFN
IVF #1 | 6.11.19 | 24R, 17M, 15F, 6B, PGT-A tested - 5 normal, 3 girls & 2 boys
FET #1 | 9.10.19 | BFN "I know you, but we've never met. I'm with you, but I don't know your name"
RPL, Receptiva, & ERA testing | all normal/negative, recommended going on gluten and dairy free diet for next FET
FET #2 | 3.31.20 | Opted to cancelled due to pandemic, continued diet and tried naturally over the summer
2nd Opinion with another RE | 8.20.20 | Not immune to measles (received 1 dose); SA results similar to 2 years ago; decided to move forward with FET #2 redo at start of next cycle
Surprise natural BFP! | 9.22.20 | MC 10.23.20 at 8 weeks

BFP! | 11.3.21 | EDD 7.14.22 B) | biopsy provided same effect as endometrial scratch; added supplemental progesterone and estrogen, prednisone, levothyroxine, and MTX Support to maintain pregnancy
DS born 7.19.22 after induction

Labs | high TSH, Factor XIII mutation, high %CD56
Follow up | 8.8.23 | prescribed metformin, prednisone, plaquenil, and levothyroxine
Repeat labs after 3 weeks on meds
Follow up | 11.9.23 | Green light!, increase in prednisone, added lovenox
Repeat labs in 8 weeks
Follow up | 1.16.24 | Green light continues
TTC put on pause indefinitely

    @inthewoods23 😁😁 I love country music. But I'm also having a pretty great 2020 because I'm a bit of a homebody and love Zoom gatherings so I'll accept this argument.

    Hard pass on the black coffee unless I need to “unblock” myself. 

    I have a mixed relationship with Country music: I go through phases, most recent one was when I watched Nashville (which is a phenomenal show).

    I ❤️❤️❤️ The Dixie Chicks (they’ll always be that to me!) so thanks for that share @keikilove.Their “Not Ready to Make Nice” still sends goosebumps whenever I hear it (and incidentally was a trivia question in music round and only I knew the answer too!)

    @inthewoods23 10 years ago I would have agreed with you and current country music has been pretty blah but I have survived 2020 with 90's country. Also I love all the country artists going against their typical demographic and denouncing Trump.

    @acleverusername see above re: 90's country. Cowboy Take Me Away is it for me! Ugh that VIOLIN! And who doesn't love Goodbye Earl? 

    Apparently I just have strong opinions about country. I can't think of anything unpopular at the moment.

    I drink my coffee with cream. Never gonna be a black coffee kinda girl. I’m not a cream with a splash of coffee either. I need my coffee but I also need it to taste good. 

    Stop signs on roads that go uphill should not be a thing. Especially in places where the roads get icy. I quit stopping at the ones in my neighbor just so I can get my car all the way home. The last time I stopped I nearly slid into the ditch and I had to slide all the way back down the hill until I could back out and turn around and try the other road with a slightly smaller hill.

    90s country is definitely the best country. It’s my cleaning music— I put it on Alexa and go to town.

    @emmylou78 omg I could not agree more. I get SO irritated when people try to “be nice” unnecessarily on the road. Like, yes letting someone merge into your lane is great! But stopping for a pedestrian in the middle of the road when there’s no crosswalk, waiting at a stop sign when it’s clearly your turn, etc. is MORE dangerous than just following the anticipated rules!
